I initially called over the phone because I was interested in one of the vehicles on their lot, I submitted an application online and spoke to Rigo in which he was very helpful, They ran my credit and they told me I was approved and I could drive off with the vehicle with $1000 down so they were going to work with me and do IN-HOUSE FINANCING so I would be approved no matter what. I come down to the location to take a look at it, the vehicle is dirty and dusty, driver window does not work, car squeaks when you turn it on and the car didnt even have a stereo, despite everything wrong with it I told them I can put a $500 deposit on it so that way no one would buy the vehicle and I can come back in 2 weeks and put down the other $500 . They assured me that they would park it in the back and fix everything wrong with it, well I drive by a few times during those 2 weeks car is still sitting in the same place never even moved and they even continued to post craigslist ads that the vehicle is still for sale after they took my $500 deposit, well I finally have the $1000 and they told me to comeback the next day because the lady from the bank is not answering, and I was like wait I thought you guys were doing IN-HOUSE FINANCING, so they lied about that so after wasting time and gas I wait until the next day. I keep calling them asking them can I come down now and pick up the vehicle I have the money down and they kept saying we will call you back. Well I finally just show up at the location and they tell me im not approved anymore and that I would need either another $1000 down or a co-signer, well if thats how you guys run a business than good luck staying in business, all of their cars have WELL over 120k miles they all either have dents or scratches and I see many other facebook reviews of their cars falling apart and not working after they buy them. and after they assured the car would have a stereo guess what they still didnt put a stereo in the car when I was ready to pick it up, This company has a few people trying to file lawsuits against them so I hope those people are successful in getting them shut down. Whatever you do take your business elsewhere, I was able to get approved for a much better vehicle, under 100k miles and better payments terms and Im glad they didnt approve me or I else I would not have been able to find the current car that I do have which is much nicer.

Horrible place do not ever go here, made my mistake coming here before reading the bad reviews!!! I got a 2004 BMW 525i in the end of September 2016 from a guy that posted on offer up asking for someone to take over payments on his vehicle so we meet at the dealership and it happens to be a sales man, I was pretty mad but needed a car so went through with the car put 700 and then 200 down 2 weeks after getting the car! Before I drove off the lot, the airbag light was on and a code of transmission fault shows on the dash. Informed the sales man about all that and says they will get it taking care of just to take it to their mechanic, took it to them and they kept it for 3 days and for him he o say that he couldnt find the problem with the transmission although when you stop the car it lunges forward and that it doesnt shift sometimes and then didnt wanna accelerate when that error pop up and also he couldnt fix the airbag light, to come back when he had a special machine, With in 3 weeks of me having the car, it breaks down on me and they pick up the car 3 days later and takes them 2 weeks to fix it! And tells me it was just a fuel pump! During all this time of me having the car it literally has been in the shop of a month in total! So I have had this car for 4 months still havent received my plates/ tags they keep issuing me 30 day permits I dont understand whats going on especially when almost 900 dollars goes towards TAX, TITLE & REGISTRATION???? They are scammers and I told them I would not continue to make the payments on a lemon car ! I have all the text messages stating they would take care of fixing the car and the add of them asking for someone to take over payments on that vehicle is it legal to sell a vehicle with an airbag light on? I have a pic of the dash when I first test drove that vehicle with it being on before I financed it , Im young and needed a car so I didnt think before getting it ?

It was the worst car lot false advertising also they dont fix you car they told me I have 15 day to fix my 2006 darango I put 1300 down when I could have went any ware else and put five hundred I perched it 11/25/2016 the next day I went to the the check engine light came on then I took it up there they kept my truck two weeks said it was fixed that night all lights came back on I went to Auto zone then found out it was still the same problem they did not fix a 35$ part and labor is 60 $ aamco stated they never took it in hell I been paying for this truck just so they keep putting it in but no one I mean no one never touched the truck they lie slot then the owner Chinese boy playing video games with people life I worked hard payed off full down payment but I wont stop here I will be protesting tomorrow with to shut them down you cant use people or take people I lost my hard earned money now they not going to make no money sale lemon cars so if you feel like I feel come out join the protest to shut woo auto down

I went there planning to buy a car because I had already done my research online with their inventory and spoken to the sales rep who said that he could help me with my situation. I arrive there around 15 after 9 so I could look at the two cars I found online only to find that they werent even on the lot. Most of the cars there look like they had been in an accident, or just in bad condition the only descent car that was there was a Honda accord which had a temporary plate on it and had drinks inside the cup holders. Not to mention that this was one of the cars on the inventory list online. The sales person didnt event start to set the lot up and didnt even acknowledge that I was even interested in buying a car.

thank you fernando and rigo!!! i just drove off in a g37 coupe with $800 down and it was by far the easiest and best car buying experience i have had. they gave me $30 less a month than i asked for and i couldnt be happier. anyone who needs a car give these guys a shot, i was turned down at two places today and stumbled in here by accident as a last resort and got the exact car i wanted!!! u guys are awesome
