I recently went to Burland to buy a replacement wedding ring and was delighted with both my final ring and the experience I had with the folks that work there. Mark was wonderful in helping me pick stones for my ring, and Betty and the rest of the staff were so nice, kind and always helpful. I brought my children in the store with me a couple of times to look at settings and stones, and the staff were happy to entertain them and keep them occupied while I made decisions. I have a beautiful wedding ring and had a tremendous experience shopping for it. I would work encourage anyone looking for jewelry to check out Burland. If they dont have something in-store that makes you swoon, theyll make it for you. They want you to be a happy customer, and it shows.

I ve been a customer of Burland for about 3 years. I have gotten a few rings repaired here. They polished my rings up (two so far) and I forgot how good they look! The patches are seamless. Marc, Amanda, and Tess are absolutely amazing, not to mention everyone else there. You will always be greeted here with genuine smiles. They have watches, silver, gold, engagement and wedding rings. They also do appraisals and repairs. If you want a good experience, go here. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Burland, I love my engagement ring!!!

The Burland family are super amicable, loving, and have a wonderful sense of humor every time I visit. They helped me find for my girl friend the perfect starter silver ring and nice sterling silver earings to pair with it! Their atmosphere is very relaxed with no pressure and they have a wide selection of rings, diamonds, watches, and their ability to customize the perfect gift is pretty awesome with their state of the art x-ray analysis machine that also helped me appraise my estate jewelry I brought in.

My fiancé got my engagement ring from here and we had to go back TWO times because of diamonds falling out of the ring. After they had someone custom design my ring and it appeared to be much better...well guess what?!? NOPE! Looking at my ring today I see that TWO diamonds have fallen out of my ring!!! This will be the THIRD time we will be going back there but this time its to get my fiancés money back and go somewhere else!!!!

Everyone in the store was very nice and knowledgeable. I gave them my budget and they showed me everything I could afford. Never tried to talk me into something more expensive even worked with me when the ring I wanted for my wife was a little out of my budget. This will be my jeweler as long as they are in business. I live in Chandler and have no problem passing 10 chain stores to get here.
