Since my recent engagement my mother gave me a wedding ring set she had been wearing for years. The set originally belonged to my grandmother. I was determined to use them, however the setting was not "me". I took the ring set to The Jewelers and they helped me pick out a new setting for the stones. I was worried about a couple of stones since they were oddly shaped but Mordechai found a perfect place for them on the ring. I received the rings back within a very short amount of time and they are more beautiful than I imagined they would be! Compared to other jewelry stores the price was also unbeatable! A short time after I dropped off my rings to be re-set my father passed away. My mother was here in town with me at the time and she wanted my fathers wedding band sized down so she could always wear it. The Jewelers was the first place I could think of and the day after our loss we took her and the ring there. I was shocked that they had the ring sized within minutes and my mother was able to walk out of the store wearing my fathers ring. Mordechai, God bless you for the time and care you gave us that day. It meant more than you will ever know.

The most honest jeweler I have ever dealt with. My husband and I are new to town and were very impressed with the loyalty the manager displayed to her customers. We have purchased jewelry and had old jewelry repaired and have been happy with both. Would totally recommend this store to anyone that wants good solid work done and friendly staff :) And to the person who made a statement about security (because of this part of town).. This store is actually in Summerlin - one of the safest parts of town in Las Vegas. Ive been in the store at least six times and have never seen a security guard except at Christmas time (which by all rights is important with all the extra business going in and out the doors).

Me and my wife both enjoyed our time at the Western location the lady that helped us today was very patient very kind and allowed me and my wife privacy to the point that she made as comfortable and we will soon be making a purchase from this location I did however have a negative experience with the location on West Lake Mead to find the staff very pushy not allowing people to look at the jewelry store being allowed to speak or ask questions it seemed as if she was more concerned about making a sale to make herself look good other than allowing the customer to make a decision

I would like to thank Amit Kumar and The Jewelers Inc at Mandalay Bay for the great service on the Breitling Super Avenger II watch that I purchased from them in May, 2016. I was able to negotiate a super price with Amit, and free overnight shipping to California saved me a pretty penny on taxes. On top of that, Amit sent me a Breitling pen, new in the box, in July as follow up to the purchase. Amit, thank you for keeping your promise and sending the pen. Great store, awesome employees, excellent service! We bought our wedding rings here 4 years ago. My wedding band is slim and has a row of tiny diamonds. One of the small diamonds came out and was lost. We brought it to The Jewelers recently and they fixed and replaced the diamond and polished it, at no charge, and did it right there in a few minutes. They also polished my husbands ring for free and polished my engagement ring, which hadnt been purchased there, for free. They also have a wide selection of gorgeous jewelry there. I highly recommend.

Brutal - if this is your first time at the Jewelers, dont expect to be acknowledged. In my short time in the store, no one said "hello" or even acknowledged my presence except the security guard, which is needed in this part of town. However, a couple who knew the employees were helped right away, right in front of me. If customer service is important to you and you do not know any employees here, I would avoid it like the plague.

I had a very positive experience at Mandalay bay location with Amit Kumar, he is phenomenal and trustworthy. He takes the time to develop relationships with his clients and really make them feel as though he is their personal jeweler, available whenever he is needed. Mr Amit made the entire process of choosing ring so simple and easy. We will be going to Amit Kumar for any future jewelry needs.

Great service! I wanted to remodel my older engagement ring. The salesman found me a beautiful new setting for my diamond. They set my stone while I waited, and even polished and resized my husbands wedding band for free. Wed definitely buy from here again.
