WORST service and product....my husband purchase me a diamond anniversary band in December 2015, luckily he purchased the warranty since less than 6 months into owning the ring a diamond fell out. They sent it out for repair which took a little over 6 weeks to get it back, not even a month later another diamond fell out, again they sent it out for repairs, taking another few months to get it back. Finally in February 2017 the 3rd time one of the diamonds fell out they decided to just replace the whole ring. We were told it would take a few weeks to get the new ring in and we could bring back the original ring that cant be worn to exchange it with the new one. I was happy with the solution however its now June and we still dont have the new ring. We called in April and were told sorry it takes a few months not weeks, we informed them its been since February at that point we were told the ring should be there any day since it was ordered in February. May came still no ring so we call again this time we are told that they are not sure where it was and why it hasnt come in yet and they would track it down and call us. Again no call back, now its June we call a 3rd time get a 3rd person and he informs us it doesnt look like the sales person CC ever ordered it and they would find out why and call us back...its now going on 4 days and still no call (big surprise) at this point I just want my money back. I feel ripped off and lied to. I hope the Better Business Bureau feels the same way I do and we get our money back!!!!

Worst service. Order something online stated it will be in by Feb 20. Called the 21st, said not yet. Stopped by the 22 , nope sorry. Called the 23rd,still nothing. Checked tracking on the 24th and its been there since the 16th. Called again asking for a manger, Tammy said can you call back we are busy. That pissed me off, so she took my name and number. When she called back stated its there, then she said why wouldnt they just give it to you? Wtf are you asking me for? I said only one I can stand and she is really great is CC. Tammy laughed about like it was a joke. I cont.to vent my concerns if im gonna get any issues when I go down there and she was quick to cut me off saying its here, it here. Thank you Tammy for being a great reminder of why not to buy from Kays.

This is the best Kay Jewelers that I have been to. I am retired and have lived in Hawaii, Las Vegas, and Ohio and have frequented Kay Jewelers in all three places. My husband and I purchased diamond jewelry at Kay along with the warrantees. I have purchased earrings, tennis bracelet, anniversary band, earrings and my wedding band, so I get them checked every 6 months. It was always a delight to go to this store. They were always respectful and admired my pieces, even those not purchased through them. Ive moved out of Nevada, but will always remember how they treated me just like "gold":) The only man at the store is a "gem"!

Went in to order my anniversary band and was told it will be done in TWO weeks. The day before I was suppose to go pick up I called to make sure its going to be there but not only was it NOT there the lady told me she had to reorder the whole ring and she could not give me a definite date on when she will get it. I asked why she didnt call me to let me know and she gave me excuses that sounded more like she forgot about my order. SERIOUSLY?! This is my first time shopping at Kay and I will NEVER shop at Kay again!

I would love to say that I am a customer and I just bought the most amazing ring for the most amazing girl and our lives together are going to be better because of Kay Jewelers, Meadows Mall. Unfortunately I only had a quick opportunity to be a party to a transaction, however, the level of customer service was so good that I understand why they are five stars.

The worst customer service!! No one says hello how may I help you? They all have a crappy look on their face..just horrible..if you do not like wotking in customer service find a different job!! They dont call or email you when your jewelry is ready either..
