Theres a reason they have 5 stars on Google. I went in to Morgan Taylor Jewelers about a month ago to discuss getting my ring sized. I was hesitant to get it sized because my hands swell a lot when Im warm and I wanted to wait until the summer. I spoke with Daniel and he suggested I wait until my finger is at its biggest size, like when its been a straight 100 degrees for a couple of times. In the meantime, he put a temporary fix on my ring, so I could wear it. He also suggested I see if my ring came with a warranty (it was purchased elsewhere). Daniel explained that if I had them size my ring, but it came with a warranty, I could be voiding the warranty. After this exchange I asked if they had jewelry cleaner. Daniel explained how to use the jewelry cleaner and when I said I was ready to pay, he told me there was no charge and gave me his congratulations. I was treated like a valued customer and there was a possibility I wouldnt be coming back to get my ring sized. A couple of days ago I went back to have my ring permanently sized because it doesnt have a warranty. Daniel helped me again and he explained sizing to me and made me feel really comfortable with leaving my ring. He also helped me look at wedding bands for my fiance. It was, overall, a great experience. Tonight I picked my ring up and Raul helped me check out. He was very nice and introduced himself and made me feel like a valued customer. My ring fits great and it looks great. They cleaned it and really made it sparkle. Im very satisfied with my experience at Morgan Taylor. They have definitely earned a customer for life and Ive already started telling all of my friends and family about my experience.

Daniel is a professional jeweler, not an employee at a jewelry store. I was a walk-in client and he immediately put me at ease regarding a ten year anniversary ring. He listened carefully and within minutes produced, from the back, a perfect match for what I had described. In fact he provided some idea’s I had never considered. The ring was more than perfect. The only question left was how to get it to my wife without ruing the impact of the surprise. What Daniel had help me select was a new setting for an existing diamond. I was concerned on presenting it without the center stone. He suggested that he mount a CZ in place of our stone and then he would swap them out once the “big day” had passed. He is a genius. Daniel made the purchase as painless as possible and my wife is overjoyed. What could be better. I can’t imagine having a better selection or getting a better deal with anyone else. When you add Daniels superior level of service, you would be doing yourself a disservice by investing in jewelry anywhere besides Morgan Taylors. Thank you Daniel for conduction yourself as an expert advisor and delivering an extraordinary ownership experience. You are my Jeweler for life!

I found MTJ here on Google maps and after reading the reviews decided to stop by. I had been shopping for an engagement ring for some time. I was disappointed with the quality I was seeing and the prices. I was almost ready to buy online when I met Dan at MTJ. Dan is the owner, and this isnt a franchise as one reviewer wrote. He doesnt have to talk to the boss because he is the boss. He didnt have in stock what I was looking for. With a few calls he had lined up 3 stones that fit my parameters and had them overnight shipped from all over the country. This was at no expense to me with no obligation. The next day I was able to compare and find the one I liked. I was in and out of the store quite a bit during this process and Dan spent a lot of time with me. Never did I feel that I was a bother to him. If you get a bottle of water there that has the MTJ logo, just be careful you dont leave it on the kitchen counter like I almost did! The service was amazing. Thanks!

We couldnt be any more pleased with our experience with Daniel and Morgan Taylor Jewelers. If youre just skimming these comments then heres one thing to take away: Daniels word/commitment remained 100% through our entire experience. My fiance (at the time) found a picture of her perfect ring, which we brought to MT Jewelers. Daniel provided insight/recommendations on making some changes and incorporating some other ideas. He explained the custom design process, and provided us an electronic rendering within one week; multiple images showing the final design in great detail. We had the opportunity to make changes - and seeing these images was a huge help as it eliminated any uncertainty in what wed discussed or scratched on paper. The final product was perfect, delivered on time, and without any surprises. Definitely recommend Morgan Taylor Jewelers - Thank You Daniel!!

OMG!!! I wish I could upload a photo of my amazing wedding ring that Daniel revamped for me! I am beyond elated...he suggested I bring in any extra diamonds I wasnt using to help keep my cost down. He would then design something using these diamonds.....I figured since hes been around for many many years I could trust his judgement...boy o boy, yesterday I picked up my ring and I am over the moon with elation!! His keen eye for design is amazing! He not only kept the base of my wedding ring but pumped it up to enhance the beauty of it. Its like I have new bling!! I couldnt believe what I was seeing...the craftmanship was beyond what I expected.
