My fiancé and I came to look at rings here back in December. We had a really nice lady help us and were very pleased with our experience so we decided to go back in January and get my ring. I wanted to customized and the lady sold us on how seamless the process what and how I could get anything I wanted and work with the designers to get exactly what I want. We started to design process and I left so excited but since then it has been horrible. It look them 1 month just to send me CAD images of the ring, when I got them they looked absolutely NOTHING like how I had designed it. I went back in and they assured me that they would fix the mistakes. I waited another two weeks and they sent me revised pictures. The pictures looked better but there was still a few small changes I wanted to make. When I asked about them they said I could make them but they were going to charge me at least $100 for every design change that I made from here on out! She said that they should have charged me for the first changes that I made just they waived the fee! Excuse me?! They are the ones that messed up the first design. And Im paying more to customize so that I can get everything I want! What happened to the promise that I could work with the designers until it was how I wanted it? I even asked if I could just see pictures of the ring in different colors of gold and she said they would charge me $100 per image. Seriously? Im getting married soon so I just decided to agree to the design because I dont have time to do anything else. I asked if they could give me an estimated time until the ring was complete and the lady keeps telling me that she will ask and see but she never gets back to me. If I wasnt the one to keep on them, I would not know anything about what is going on. They are horrible at keeping me up to date. I wish I would have taken the yelp reviews into consideration and went somewhere else. They just want their money. They dont care about anything else. BUYER BEWARE! I would seriously consider another jewelry store before coming here to customize anything!

From shopping around I find that when you compare quality and prices Jared loses on both. The sales people were super nice and helpful. They definitely went the extra mile. They almost had me until I thought back to the .94 carat diamond ring I had just tried on for $1,000 and discussed a blue saphire on a simple white gold band with a number of tiny diamonds for the bargain price of $2,800... I know you could say that the diamond may have been poor quality, but it wasnt a diamond at Jareds it was a blue saphire! I thought maybe it was 18k white gold or platinum(the other was 14k I had tried on previously), but no-it was 14k white gold too! In fact the gold at Jareds felt much lighter and the ring felt much flimsier than the ring for $1,000. After thinking about it for a few minutes my boyfriend (fiance now) and I ran out of that store and purchased the less expensive much better ring that I absolutely LOVE!!! Sales people are really great there, almost too good so be careful. Walk out of the store and come back the next day after you have had a chance to think about it. You will be glad you did not get into debt over a rash decision. I know I am.

I have purchased a lot from this store over the years, but will be looking for a new jeweler. Was quoted a price in December of $55 and to bring it back in the end of January after the Christmas rush. Went in today to pickup a watch repair and to drop off the necklace for the repair and the clerk informed me it was a $160.00 repair and blamed temporary help hired at Christmas for the mistake. Thanks to the condescending attitude of the clerk, I will take my future business else where.

SALESY staff. Omega watches are discounted which is cool but I would rather go to the Boutique on the strip than to talk with the staff who asked me 20 times why not buy today? Sir why dont you just buy it today? It looks good on you, you should buy it today. Key to Sales if dont act like you are selling.

My husband amd I went to jareds to get our wedding rings !! But my diamonds keep falling out!!! Though they fix it I shouldnt have to keep bringing it back in the first place!!
