I couldnt be happier with La Quinta Jewelers and Ralph, the owner. The gold band on my grandmothers antique gold and diamond ring broke and I didnt know where to go, as we are "snowbirds" here every year and have never needed a jewerly repair. I went in and met Ralph and he was SO helpful, kind, trustworthy and reasonable. He fixed my ring in two days and I am very happy! Thank you Ralph! I am going to bring in my wedding ring to have him put new prongs in and hopefully a new diamond! (I lost my diamond somewhere on the trip down here when the prongs broke) :( I am so thankful I found La Quinta Jewelers and met Ralph!

I brought 2 Rolex watches in for service, Ralph did a fantastic job! Compared to the expensive place on El Paseo, Ralph was friendly and reasonable. (Unlike El Paseo Rolex dealer) He did not try to "up-sell" us, as did the Rolex dealer on El Paseo, and had our watches ready in 1 week. (Unlike the quote I received from the Rolex Dealer on El Paseo who quoted 6 weeks, and the price at $ 650.00, to start) Also, Ralph was genuine and honest in his work. The watches are running great, with a one year warranty. Thank you Ralph!
