I work for a local company here in Nampa, Idaho we have been in business since 1948. We have an incentive program where we have a custom company ring made for our employees for years of service. After our jeweler recently closed their doors it left us looking for a new jeweler. This was a much harder task than we first thought it would be. We needed to find someone that would be willing to work with us on our terms. We had our own molds and a full list of rings that needed to be made. After trying a place in Star and getting put on the back burner for almost a year we were beginning to think that that was going to be the new “norm” we were very frustrated to say the least. Then a friend of mine told me to try Neil Alan. I’m not sure why I hadn’t thought of that myself they have been in downtown Nampa forever! From the first time I walked in the door I was treated with respect. Larry stopped what he was working on and spent time letting me go over everything that we needed in a new jeweler. You could really tell that the details were important to him. He took down all my information and told me that Neil would be in contact with me. The next day Neil called me and we set up a time to meet. From that day forward it has been an amazing experience. Customer service seems to be a rarity these days but not with these guys. They give you an excellent finished product and at a fair price. The attention to detail is refreshing, from the box that they put the rings into to finishing the rings when they say they will. They are also repairing a ring for me that belonged to my Father. I trust them and I’m so glad that we found Neil Alan to make our company rings! I look forward to working with them for years to come. Thank you!

I have been trying to figure out a great review for what Ive experienced.....Ive been trying to do justice for how AWESOME this place is and have redone the review because I cant describe how good a review they deserve because Neils Jewelry is easily 12 out of the 5 for Google review rating! Neil has helped me out personally in his store and after I messed something up with a resizing guess for my wifes ring, his staff helped me beyond what I asked for!!! I actually lost my wedding ring about 4 years ago and when I asked about it, they didnt have it because it was a custom ring.... But they can build it! They did build it and beyond my expectations and my wifes:) ....and prestine quality and crazy good price! I would recommend anyone go there for simple things to building jewelry, making it like new, or finding or making things you would dream of...or from my experience, have them customize your needs! Thanks to all of the staff!

For over ten years I have been a loyal customer to Neil and his jewelry store, until last week. My father recently passed, and my mother last week noticed that her wedding ring diamond was lose. I recommended Neil. She went in, and left in tears. One of the employees, Larry, literally made her feel horrible. He told her that her ring was worth "nothing" and that she might as well make it into a pinky ring. That to fix the loose stone he was going to charge her at least $600, and that she might is well put it in a drawer and forget about it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!? This is a widow of a wonderful 33 year marriage and you are going to look her in the face and tell her that her ring is worth nothing?!?! That is NOT good customer service, that is not good anything. I will never, NEVER go back to this store. They have lost my business and my recommendation forever.

I have been going to Neil Alan Fine Jewelry for almost 20 years now. Neil and his staff have always been so helpful. From helping me design and build a wedding ring to cleaning our jewelry and making everything sparkle again. With their prices I am sure I have saved more than I have spent over the years. My wife and daughter both get excited whenever they see a gift wrapped up with Neils sticker on it. My family and I cant thank Neil and his staff enough for all that they have done for us. We are always treated like we are family when we walk in. We will be life long customers.

I just want to say a big thanks to Neil and Larry. I took in my grandmothers wedding ring. It was dull, the band had been cut and it needed a lot of TLC. Two days later I walked out with what seemed to be a brand new ring! I had it engraved, and Im thrilled to keep it in its original state. She was married in 1926, so the ring is at least 91 years old. It is fabulous! Thanks Neil and Larry!

His prices are so competitive especially when it comes to the coin dealers , pawn shops and other jewelers in Nampa. thanks Neil for such great quality at such great prices. Neil is a phoney, flake,and full of bullshit, took 3 rings in he messed up all three, my daughter took a ring in and he messed up hers, a friend had rings made for her daughter and her and he messed up hers.. I did get the monies out of him ,because i stopped payment on the credit card NEVER AGIN

We took our wedding ring in to get sized and repaired due to the age of the ring, Neil did an amazing job. He took a 40 year old ring and made it look brand new and he did it for far less than the big box jewelers!! Highly recommended!!
