I knocked one star because I was not greeted nor helped when I first arrived. In short I was not being taken seriously. Long story short the douchebag that initially "helped" me impatiently introduced me to another sales professional, Laura Risca. who made my entire experience there after, incredible. I am in love with my first Tiffany&Co ring.

Went in, got help right away. The guy quoted my wife and I a price for a ring. When we went to pay for it, the price went up over $1,200.... When we talked to them about the price bump, they really didnt care. They shouldnt have people on the floor that doesnt know the prices of their products.

Great Service! My mother and I visited on Jan 16, 2017. Everyone was so kind. There was some ladies mother in there raising a fit because nobody talked to her daughter. Besides that unnecessary disturbance I will say it was a great visit. Everyones nice and willing to assist. Will return.
