I dont know anything about buying/selling jewelry so I stopped in to ask a few questions. Cleve was super helpful, first he cleaned the ring I was trying to sell and then walked me through all the parts of my ring that potential buyers would ask about. I felt super welcome in the shop, and didnt feel rushed even though I was just asking questions, which Im sure other jewels might find annoying. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, my overall experience was phenomenal. I would absolutely recommend going here!

The guy was very Ol fashion when it came to good judge of character I wasnt stereotyped like the rest of the places mire commonly known for their high star rating ppl start to get cocky w the star thong but as a bizness owner or Msgr u r suppose to want biz not push it away cuz a few mins on the time clock thanks my new friends at American jewelers very fair and I like how they r not arrogantt

Fantastic customer service and fast watch repair. I showed up 5 min after closing time with my sons Christmas pocket watch needing a battery. The owner was more than accommodating, helping me out. The Elf on the shelf was able to deliver that night.
