Amazing Experience!!! This is the ONLY jewelry store I will ever shop at again! I cannot speak highly enough of Dave, the owner, and Zach the stores manager. The owner is a man of his word. He demonstrated a level of integrity that is seldom witnessed. When I initially went into the store, Zach and Dave were extremely helpful and I found the perfect setting for my girlfriends engagement ring. Unlike the other fine jewelry stores in Denver, Victoriana had a large selection of unique vintage and high-quality vintage inspired rings. I immediately bought the setting and went home to see if I had severely overpaid for the setting. The setting was unique, a replica of an art-deco mounting, and was difficult to find on the internet. However, I was SHOCKED to find out that Dave and Zach had saved me hundreds of dollars on the setting! I continued to shop other sources to find a better deal on my loose diamond. Dave called me and told me that they had gotten in some new diamonds that would fit my budget and I agreed to come in to look. We agreed and shook hands on the price of a loose, european cut diamond and they mounted it beautifully in my setting. After it was mounted, however, Dave and Zach discovered that they had accidentally and substantially underpriced their diamond. They had a similar sized diamond in the store of lesser quality and we had accidentally quoted me the wrong price for the better diamond. Dave could have yanked that diamond right out of the mount and I would not have faulted him for doing so. Instead, Dave took a loss on the diamond and honored his word!!! I still cant believe how great a deal I got in his store. My girlfriend has no choice but to say, "Yes," thanks to Dave and Zach. I just cant believe how much integrity Dave showed during our transitions. He runs his business exactly how I would run mine!!! I would trust Dave and Zach whole-heartedly!! I am a Victoriana customer for life and will be recommending the store to everyone I meet. Josh Allen

For the three months prior to proposing to my wife, I went to great lengths to find the "right" ring. Shes not a jewelry person, and her sister was virtually no help. After wandering aimlessly through malls and bigger discount jewelry stores, I had almost given up. One day I was in LoDo for some other reason when I saw Victoriana. My wife likes antiques, so I gave it a shot. I found a ring in ten minutes and knew it was perfect. While any antique ring will have some patina, I can say the quality of this wedding set was incredible considering the price. Cade helped me out, and couldnt have offered better advice (or was it support?) to guide me through my purchase. After giving the ring to my wife, it needed to be re-sized. Since she didnt live in Colorado yet, they rushed to get it done before she left. Now, two years after giving it to her, they recently cleaned the ring and had the setting tightened....for free. Another great thing about victoriana is the variety of jewelry. They wouldve had a wedding set in the hundreds, 1-3k, or 5k plus ranges. They even had a pretty necklace we bought for my mom under $75. You cant go wrong shopping there!

When I was searching for the perfect ring, I tried many popular jewelers as well as a painstaking search online. I was looking for a ring that looked old but had never been on someone else’s finger. I wanted the best quality. My husband already has a loose diamond from his grandmother so finding a setting was a difficult task. My search ended here. Cade helped me get exactly what I wanted at a terrific price. He even went so far as to order samples in just for me to see. He explained the differences in the designs he carried as well as the diamond that we had. The service was above and beyond. If you want something amazing and the service to back it up, at least step in and take a look.

I was looking for a hard to find yellow gold eternity diamond ring from the 1920s... Zach (manager) was extremely knowledgeable about not only each ring but gave us interesting little tidbits of the period to help us understand the rings history. What a fun adventure! Being downtown in Denver, I assumed this store would have rediculous prices however the inventory online was current and the prices were lower than expected on some pieces. Heres hoping you have my dream ring sometime soon! Ill be keeping an eye out :-)

My fiance purchased my ring here and Im so in love with it! This is one of the most friendly places I have been to. I needed to get my ring sized several times and they were amazing about it. One of the prongs on my ring also needed to be repaired shortly after I got engaged and they fixed it free of charge. Im so happy that I got such a beautiful ring from such an amazing place.
