I went in to replace stone in a vintage ring and replace the metal chain in a vintage watch. The Jewler made me feel stupid for not knowing the type of stone I wanted or what different stones were. He also didnt listen to me when I asked for a brushed metal chain to match the brushed watch head. I was extremely frustred with the service I paid for and the style of the watch that he made.
