I recently got engaged and wanted to find that perfect ring for my now fiancé. I started by looking at the big box jewelers like Kay, Jared, and Helzberg but I kept getting the same used car lot feel. I mean if I am going to spend money I want to know that my purchase will be taken care of. So after doing a search I came across Revolution and decided to stop in. Immediately I knew that I had made the right decision. All of the staff is friendly and helpful the moment you walk through the door. Jennifer sat me down and we discussed what kind of ring I was thinking of and took me step by step through the process of customizing a one of a kind enagegement ring for my fiance. The process was easy and fun and I felt very comfortable with everything. After three days I recieved a computer rendering of my ring and was blown away. Not only was it exactly what I had envisioned they got it to me far in advance of what they had quoted time wise. Then I got to see the ring cast and that too was an expeirence. I was able to video the entire process as Pedro cast the pieces of the ring, so that not only does she have the ring, but also the memories of its creation. The end result was a magnificent ring that she absolutly loves and has already garnered many compliments. We plan on going back to have our wedding bands made there because of the craftmanship and excellent customer service. I cannot say enough about this establishment and its employees I only gave this a 5 star rating because google wouldnt let me give it a 10!!! Matt

A long overdue review: In December my son found an old custom silver ring I had made for me 12 years ago. I hadn’t seen it for the last 6 years and thought it had gotten lost in a move. Since it was the season he wrapped it up and put it in my Christmas stocking. While I was happy to get it, it had certainly seen better days. It was crushed and cracked. The enamel inlay was severely chipped with large pieces missing. I took it to Revolution Jewelry Works thinking it would be cost prohibitive to repair, but just to see how much it would cost. I was quickly greeted by a very friendly woman (feeling guilty not getting her name) who treated me as if I was bringing the most precious & valuable piece of jewelry anyone had ever brought in. She quoted me a very reasonable price and a one week turn-around time. When I came in to pick it up I regretted not taking a “before” picture. The repair was remarkable. It looked better than when I first had it made. It’s 3 months later and the ring still looks amazing. I would recommend them for any jewelry need before you venture into the mall or a larger store across town. Thank you so much for showing such care for a beat up, old, inexpensive silver ring. You have a customer for life.

I can not express my gratitude enough for the quality of work Revolution Jewelry Works performed on my valuable inherited diamond ring. I had originally taken the ring to a large chain jewelry store in the Springs. At the chain store an appraisal was performed and the ring inspected for any possible problems. The chain store found approximately $1400 of needed repair work. The ring was sent out for repair due the fact they (chain store) did not have a laser on site necessary for platinum repair. The repair took 3 weeks and when I picked the ring up I was speechless and cried. The work performed looked sloppy and the main center stone was greatly off center. I truly was in disbelieve. I insisted on a full refund even though the chain jewelry store requested multiple times to give them a 2nd chance at no charge. Revolution Jewelry Works was able to restore my ring to beauty again. They performed all the work on site and it only took them 1 week. Additionally, their appraisal was less than 1/2 the cost of the large chain store in town. Im so thankful I found them! Very friendly and highly professional staff. They definitely have all my future business.

When I found my girlfriend, I knew she was the one. I began my search for a jeweler who could capture the unique love we shared, in a ring she’d wear forever. I visited several jewelry stores, but couldnt quite find what I sought. Then, I found Jennifer and Pedro at Revolution Jewelry. I explained my design and they quickly went to work in creating my girlfriend’s (soon to be fiancée’s) engagement and wedding bands. I have never been more satisfied with a jewelry store in my life. Believe me - I have shopped around! This team is educated and were happy to answer all of my questions. I left an heirloom ring for repair after talking to Janelle - who explained in detail everything that needed to be done to secure my great-grandmothers diamond and restore her ring. The quote came in $200 under what any other store had quoted my for the major overhaul - and when I got my ring back I cried. It is more beautiful than anything I could have hoped for. Just to set my mind at ease, I took it in to a jeweler who told me my ring couldnt be fixed to have him check the repairs (because I am a person who need reassurances). He said he was absolutely impressed with the craftsmanship and care that went into the repair, and he couldnt have done it better even when he was in his prime. Revolution has a new customer in me for life.

Pedro is a fantastically talented jeweler. I have not yet purchased anything from Pedro (my poor wife :) ), but there is no doubt I know where I will go when the time comes. I have seen a good number of Pedros creations and I have to say that his inventory is fantastic. Pedros skill really shines when it comes to the custom work that he does for his clients. I can tell by having admired different pieces of his that Pedro is a skilled artisan and works very hard to ensure the highest quality of work with excellent attention to detail. It goes without saying that customer service is crucial when it comes to ordering custom jewelry. Jennifer and her amazingly talented crew went so far and above any of my expectations. I recently purchased a ring for my wife, and I could not have tried to make this ordeal more difficult on the people at Revolution. From the piece itself (it has 99 accent diamonds) to the payments that I made while over seas, they worked hard to keep me happy and make sure every last detail of the ring was perfect. It came out perfectly! They worked not only with what I want, but with my budget as well. I will be moving soon, but will continue to use Revolution.
