I am writing a review, because I was in this store earlier Friday and wanted to return, to show my husband a piece..so I googled them to get their hours….I was APPALLED to see a negative review..and nasty remarks that good reviews are from family etc! I have referred many friends here. I have been a customer for over 10 years! They are absolutely the best jewelry store I have ever been in. The owner has designed and made me beautiful pieces. I have had many repairs including re-sizing. I have always been totally satisfied, they go way above and beyond!! They are so knowledgeable, and treat me with professionalism and respect. They are kind, competent and friendly. Try finding that, along with the lost art of “customer service” in the mall !! Social media takes away any filter it is ridiculous what people can post online with no recourse. Thank you Eddie and family for your continued wonderful service, and don’t let people like the “cowards” post things that are just not true, get to you! You guys are simply the best !! Surprise AZ is lucky to have you in our city.

We have just moved to this area and I was dreading finding a jeweler that I trusted that wasnt over-priced but did quality work. I tried Tom Shane Jewelers in Scottsdale first. They quoted me twice the price for the same work and I was not made to feel like a valuable customer...I assumed because I didnt have a "high dollar" transaction. I went on-line to see what jewelers in my area had good reviews. V-Jeweler had the best reviews but I had concerns that it might be too expensive for the work I needed. I was more than pleasantly surprised by not only how I was treated, but by the very high quality workmanship, timeliness of the work and the great price. I cant say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them!

The moment I walked into V Jewelers I knew I wanted to spend my money there. A family owned and operated business that makes you feel so welcome. I gave Ed my stones that I wanted made into a ring and he came up with the MOST BEAUTIFUL design. I highly recommend them to anybody who wants Scottsdale quality with a Surprise warmth and charm.
