Having visited many Tiffany and Co. locations over the last few years and purchased many beautiful pieces, I have never felt more violated or mistreated before by an employee of a store. After continuously looking at my breasts and making in appropriate sexual innuendos to myself and friend, the sales associate JP Mataalii should be ashamed. After his subtle advances were thwarted, we were compelled to leave the store, rather uncomfortably, he then approached us outside within a few minutes of our shopping being concluded. Was he stalking us? As we were visiting on the sidewalk with another female friend Mr. Mataalii felt it necessary to force himself into our conversation. Who does he think he is? Don Juan? There is something wrong with having this narcissistic self proclaimed gift to women working at a retailer of this kind. Mr. Mataali and Tiffany and Co. would be better served if he were to seek employment in the jewelry department at the local department store. At no time were his advances wanted or encouraged in any way. I encourage any woman who would like to enjoy some non invasive time in this store to stay clear of this pervert, furthermore I find it difficult to believe that management is not aware of this perverts escapades.

This has been the most professional and comprehensive customer guest experience my husband and I can ever recall. We visited Salt Lake City last July 2016, and met with a fabulous salesperson, James Lo. Although we did not purchase at that time, we remembered this wonderfully attentive and knowledgeable salesperson. So almost six months later we called back. My husband was helped with class, style and courtesy. My husband purchased the 18K gold scorpion pendant and had it shipped overnight, just in time for Christmas. James Lo sent photos of several items, and went the extra mile to bring a couple of pieces in so my husband could choose through these photos. Even though the diversity in stock may not be onsite, it is Tiffanys after all, and of course, this means access to all their available items. I would highly recommend this Tiffanys store and James Lo. The service and care was truly impeccable.

I am from Colorado and I have just made a purchase from here Tiffany & Co. City Creek Center Salt Lake City UT location. Yes, I have made the purchase over the phone, and the associate name Candy was absolutely amazing. My order was bit confusing because I am obviously calling in from out of state and all, but she was patient and helpful from beginning to the end. Definitely recommend to shop at this Tiffany & Co. Great service, environment, and quality. I just bought a necklace from this location, and they were very fair priced and had excellent service! I would recommend this store very highly! The salesman that helped us was named JP Mataalii, so if you want a good salesman, ask for him.

Friendly service. Tiffanys does one kind of style, and they do it well. However they have absolutely NO variety. If you dont like the Tiffany ring style, then theres no point in going. Also very limited mens choices.
