Bought two rings here, my first which also happened to be my last. The sales lady was super nice and I thought at the time I got a good deal. After a year my wife had problems with the diamond turning and chipping. Didnt know a diamond could do that but I guess its a thing. Going in for repair I was sold on the extended warranty. I was told theyd fix it as many times as I needed with no charge as long as I had the warranty. What they dont tell you is they will do bare minimal repairs. Diamonds are crooked when they put them back in? Not their problem. You should be grateful, and thats the attitude they have with each repair. Diamond is chipping? Not their problem, looks fine to them. I wont shop here again.

I have always loved the friendly staff. They fixed my wifes old diamond ring. Made it look like new. Lana has always taken great care of me. I would never go anywhere else!
