Love, love, love the guys at this store! When I could not make it down to pay on the day it was due, they (Keith) generously gave me the extra time I needed to pay them. They could have been jerks and kept my pawned items, but no, instead they did what no pawn shop I have ever known to do, they let me pay late. Shout out to Keith & all the guys at USA Pawn on Detroit Ave, Kingman AZ - YOU GUYS FREAKIN ROCK!!!

This place is a joke pretty sad when you pay more for a nikon camera than a digital camera and they wont help you because it has film .... and same with the camcorder because it takes tapes lol people are selling the same items for 100 + your loss buddy and whoever answers the phones is very rude and not customer service friendly i will be giving no stars if it was possible !!!!!!!!!!

Its an OK place for buyers, and i say that because the prices are a little high. Now, if youre looking to pawn or sell, i would recommend looking elsewhere. They are open most holidays when all the rest are closed.

The usa pawn in Kingman closed apparently at 6pm when by this not only has them open tell 7 but that wanted to blame the Phoenix stores for the time discrepancy
