I bought a beautiful wide band gold wedding ring with many channeled diamonds along the sides about 6 years ago. It was made by Avo at Jewel Trendz and is probably one of a kind. I wanted to wear just one ring with my original diamond consolidated into it. It is the most gorgeous ring I have ever seen, and I get compliments on it wherever I go. Unfortunately, I moved to North Carolina a few years ago, and have not found a jeweler capable of even replacing a lost diamond. My daughter recently vacationed in Las Vegas, bought the ring in to replace another lost diamond, and they graciously fixed it at no charge. I was willing to pay whatever necessary for the repair, but was pleasantly thrilled that they still stood behind their work after all these years. Even after another jeweler botched it. I have nothing but the highest praise for their beautiful quality jewelry, and their outstanding business ethics. If anything ever happens to the ring again, I will surely FedEx it to Jewel Trendz for repair, whatever the cost. Thank you!

Had a ring repair / modification done there recently. The staff was nice, the price was reasonable, the work was completed on time and in a timely manner, and the result was fantastic. I was very pleased with the quality of the work, and would certainly recommend them. I will certainly be back again if I am shopping for jewelry or need repairs.

They messed up my moms ring with a simple sizing. They bent the band and when trying to explain to them the problem the guy said he doesnt the problem. This is the worst place to have you jewelry fixed wouldnt recommend.
