I used William Jewelers in the past to have my vintage engagement ring re-shanked, I also used them to do the insurance appraisal and had no issues. However, one of the prongs on my ring recently broke. I called them and the sales associate I spoke to was rather rude and (unsure of who it was but think it was Lisa) unkind. Since I had good service before, I overlooked it. Once I spoke with the repair dept. the lady was very nice and informative. I brought my ring in the next day and worked with Lisa. She immediately told me they were going to have to replace the entire setting which was going to be upwards of $600 and that was truly the best option for my ring. She took it back to the repair dept. and came back to tell me the repair dept. didnt recommend replacing the setting and to just repair each of the four prongs which was cheaper. I agreed and left. I spoke with my husband about the concerns I had about it falling apart and losing the large diamond that had been in his family for almost a century. He suggested I call back and see if I could trade in the platinum to get a different ring (custom or other) when I spoke to the repair dept. again, she (Nicole) was very kind and helpful and said she would have Mr. Williams take a look at it and let me know what they could do. Lisa then called me back to "hear it from me" and started texting me about looking at other rings. I let her know on the phone that I would also consider trading in one or two of the small diamonds to help offset the cost. Lisa explained to me that "they have thousands of the small diamonds and really arent worth anything." She wouldnt tell me an actual value for my ring and said if I were to put it towards something else, she could negotiate a "deeper discount." I asked again, what the store credit for my ring would be and felt as if it were a bartering for my engagement ring. It felt cold and like a scam. Her overall attitude was uppity and unkind. We simply wanted to protect the sentimental value of the diamond so we could pass it down to our grandchildren someday. I let her know to just fix my ring and that I wouldnt be using them again. Lisa didnt bother to respond and has insured that I will take my business else where for all future purchases and repairs for my jewelry. Ill also be letting friends and family know about my experience.

TOP NOTCH!!!! My wife and I met Charmaine when we went in to discuss updating my wifes wedding ring. Charmaine was very attentive and really wanted to understand what we had in mind, our budget, etc so that she could tailor our experience for what would fit us best. She was very mindful of our budget and the style that my wife was looking for. We never once felt rushed or that we were being sold more than we wanted. After narrowing the rings down to the set my wife liked, she decided to let the decision simmer for a few days in case there was a change in preference for ring style and/or material. As the process progressed, Charmaine even took time on her days off to email and call us back with answers to questions we had. Again, never once making us feel that we were a bother or burden. I honestly dont think we could have found better service anywhere else. The set that my wife decided on and the diamond that Williams was able to get is exactly what she was looking for and the quality was impressive. Their prices are EXTREMELY fair and they go out of their way to make sure that you are satisfied with every aspect of the process and product. You can tell that they really value their customer relationships and will do whatever is necessary to make sure they take care of you. If you are looking anywhere else for diamonds and jewelry, save yourself time and just go to Williams Jewelers. Charmaine is a WONDERFUL person to work with and the entire process was very, very satisfying. THANK YOU CHARMAINE.

I cannot say enough good things about this place and the level of professionalism found at this establishment. Ive visited many jewelry stores in search of the perfect engagement ring in the span of months and months. I worked with Charmaine, Christina and Pokey. Charmaine and Christina were very knowledgeable and honest with their opinions about potential engagement rings I considered. I never once felt pressured to purchase anything during the entire process. In the end, I decided on making a custom engagement ring and Pokey did not disappoint. I kept in close communication between Charmaine, Christina and Pokey about the design of the ring I wanted to make. I made numerous email, phone calls and visits to the store during the process and felt welcome each time. Their attention to detail is amazing and the end result was a breathtaking, elegant, one of a kind engagement ring that lived up to my expectations (and my fiancés!) During the process, they provided CAD images and wax ups so I could give my input and make any changes I wanted. Once completed, they were able to provide for the appraisal as well. If I needed any any form of jewelry, I will be coming back to Williams Jewelers in a heartbeat. I would highly recommend them to anyone - especially if you want top notch customer service and high end jewelry.

I brought my wifes wedding band set in for an appraisal. The staff is nice, but you dont really get the feeling that youre appreciated. The appraisal took 3 weeks to get, and the appraiser set the value at a whole sell scale. The exact diamond at retail is selling for much more than the appraisal stated. When the ring was returned we noticed a blemish that was not there before we brought it in. When we had it cleaned and replated, staff looked at it and said it may be a glass fill diamond. However, their appraiser and gemologist did not state that. They said they would be careful with heat when cleaning and replating it. When we got it back, the blemish was much worse and appeared as a fracture. Of course they knew nothing about it, and Ms. Williams, Gemologist said she hadnt seen anything like it. It may have been a freak occurrence, but they would not accept any liability and nobody there could tell what caused it or what it was. All I and my wife know is that it was not there previously. Before and after pictures proove this as well.

Love this store!!! We moved two hours away three years ago, but when I tried a local jewelry store, they were extremely difficult to deal with, then told me I needed to spend $1200 to replace a stone in my engagement ring; they wanted to make me a new ring because allegedly my ring wasnt made correctly for the stones. I spent numerous hours with this store, being detained for at least an hour each visit. The owner was rude and cantankerous. So I made the trek to Williams to find out the truth! If they concurred then I would believe it, but they checked the ring, said it was fine, it would be $200 for the repair and a new coating that would make it look like new. Not only were they knowledgeable but I was greeted quickly, told that they appreciate my business, and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. AND the ring would be ready in a week! The other place said it would be weeks before he could even start the work. I knew I could trust Williams, and now I will always go back, despite the two hour drive each way. SO happy with them.
