Originally contacted this store because they were listed as a Tag Heuer dealer. Turns out, they are not any longer. However, they remain an approved repair center for Tag Heuer. I took a 40-year-old watch to be repaired. They willingly spent a great deal of time and effort attempting to repair it and only failed because Tag Heuer no longer makes a needed part for the watch. After that significant effort, they did not charge me anything. In addition, they called me and kept me apprised of progress and efforts each step of the way. I later brought a new Tag Huer to them for a bracelet adjustment, which they did immediately while I waited, with great customer service, and at a fantastic price. I highly recommend this Jeweler. Even though their selection is small, it is exquisite . In addition, I have no doubt that Ron and Debbie and their staff would do everything they can to accommodate customer inquires and special projects.

Rude. Never do business with him. I brought a watch and ring in for an appraisal. I expect to pay a fee....I didnt expect to be treated like a crackhead. So smug when he says $75/hr...minimum 1 hour. Like I cant afford it. Smh. I understand you charge for your time....but look, its 2 pieces. Wtf?!? If I paid that, think Id bring a bucket of jewelry to be appraised...make you WORK the whole hour. And your shop was closing in a half hour....dumbass. Nevermind my wife and I bring home 16K a month (Aircraft mechanic and College professor). I was gonna pay the $75 at first, but then I thought, youre a dick, I have no interest in doing business with you. So, rude sir, when youre standing in your tiny shiny shop alone, remember, DONT BE A DICK!!

The selection here is small but good quality. Customer service is outstanding and surprisingly honest. Its quality vs quantityhere. They do a lot of custom work as well. Having been a purchaser who has been fooled by jewellers in the past, Im very cautious about where I buy my jewellery. I do not hesitate to recommend that you visit Ron on El Paseo tucked in behind the main drag and across from Saks.
