Ive bought several pieces from Hunington. But this time I felt taken advantage of. I bought a ring and had it sized and engraved. Then I asked for it to be size8 and they for some reason wrote size 5 on the paperwork. When the mistake was notice I called and told them I needed it size 8. So they apologized and said everything was going to be corrected. So I picked up the ring in a week and gave it to my wife for Christmas. When she put it on it was to tight so we went in together, and I figured it was my mistake. But the ring was a size 7 not a size 8 like i asked. And when we measured my wifes finger it was a 7.75 so we had them resize it to 7.75 and they said it should be no problem. And guess what, when I went to pick it up they charged me over 100 dollars because they said they had to size it twice an re engrave it. But my engraving was only 50 dollers the first time. And when I explained what happened, the older redhead lady that was helping me got really rued and snippy. She made it seem like this was all my fault and there was nothing they could do. I will be finding a new jewler and I dont mind paying more as long as Im not tricked into paying more and as long as Im treated respectfully. Just as I treated them.

I am so happy I found Huntington. The shop is warm and the service is exceptional and prices are reasonable. I had to get a bracelet repaired. I was expecting to pay $50 or more...the price $15. The shop has the feel of a small family business. I felt like I went on a pleasant time trip back in time to the 1920s.
