No quieren igualar precios. Enseñe las especiales a la cajera por medio de internet con mi teléfono, para no cargar con las de papel y me dijo que no igualaban si estaban en internet, para no perder el tiempo que había gastado, regrese a mi carro por los de papel y salieron con que ya no igualaban ciertas cosas. Es la única tienda Walmart que pone trabas para igualar, con el cuento que en Douglas no hay mucha competencia quieren hacer lo que les plazca. Sin contar que muchas veces tienes que esperar que surtan producto que falta. -0 de calificación.

This was the WORST experience I have EVER had at a Walmart! I couldnt have possibly been more disappointed or angry. We order pictures, waited the hour for them to be done shopping. We then waited another HALF HOUR while the employees all chatted, during which point my baby started screaming bc we had been waiting too long for her taste. There was one person in front of us, which a woman finally came and helped. She then IGNORED us, and chose to take care of the woman behind us. To make matters better, there are employees standing around everywhere, but theyre all too busy talking to help you. Also, most of their staff cant speak English, or chose not to speak English when you can get someones attention. I recently bought yogurt there (brand new, in date) that was moldy. This store is just horrible in every way. I would recommend shopping anywhere but this horrible store. Ill make the drive to Sierra Vista before I come back here.

We live in Douglas and avoid coming here, and we will actually drive the 40+ minutes to Sierra Vista instead, or we try to go to Safeway in Bisbee. This Wal Mart has a problem stocking fresh produce and pulling the rotting vegetables. I dont even bother to buy bagged potatoes here anymore, because of all the times that Ive picked up a bag and had liquid spill out from rotting potatoes. The celery, carrots, cucumbers, and lettuces they get often look wilting and old. Ive often seen old beef (you can tell by the obvious turn in color) in the meat section. Another observation: I do not speak Spanish, and the cashiers oftentimes are rude - they dont look at me, dont talk to me other than to tell me the total in Spanish - so when I do have to come here, I go thru self checkout.

This Douglas Walmart .dont hired white people who can speak English or Spanish language. But Will hired a Mexican from Mexico WHO cant speak no English at all or under stand English but Walmart hired those people. I know of four Walmart Employee WHO cant speak English at all this is United State English is a must or no JOB !?! I have applied four times here I have heard every excuse you have from my background to my experience. I work at a Kmart Store for five years and was sent to School for Customers Service. I live here along time.But what it comes down to is Douglas Walmart is prejudices against White Peoples. So Y is this Way. Would you Explain. I just want to work.Thank you.!?

They almost never charge there electric carts. They have VERY few electric carts. There is a toy (junk) display by one of the front doors where they should have carts charging up and they have a bench by one of the front doors where there should have carts charging up. Sometimes very hard to find help in the store that speaks english (not kidding!!!) I very often drive 40 miles to Sierra Vista to go shopping because this store is SOOOO Bad (dirty store, managers make jokes and are rude - goes on and ON.....) (notice how all the positive reviews are by hispanic customers)

Typical for a Walmart, not really much better or worse but unfortunately Douglas doesnt have a lot of options for buying groceries. Some of the cashier dont speak the best English so sometimes its a little hard to understand each other if your Spanish is poor and sometimes they harass you if youre not Latino. Still most of the people there are great people and I look forward to seeing them. I have met a few individuals who are outright rude but most are pretty nice really. Its a Walmart

They cant answer the phone and transfer calls, their managers are rude and condescending with bad attitudes, over the years it hasnt improved. Guess its too hard to obtain management material with any sort of sophistication in order to keep up with the rest of the real world. Competition would help, but no one really wants to be in that culturally backwards part of the world. Oh well, last $ I will ever spend there. Thanks managers, Alex and Raul.

I love Walmart even though the reps suck. I have talked to the managers about certain items which are never in stock and thats because items are not properly placed so when the scanner comes around theyre ordering the same products and ovetstocking. Also they have items which i loved and no longer carry like the Sams garlic and mustard wings and the moose tracks ice cream

Staff in electronics was not helpful at all. I asked about a particular laptop that was on closeout. I asked if they had anymore in stock. "Nope" was her answer and off she went with another employee. After that I can do that for checked various computers that were on display for more than thirty minutes and neither big those employees were anywhere to be seen. Will buy a laptop elsewhere!

Tried to return some blinds and the "ladies" at the customer service counter were unwilling to return them because I did not have the box. Who saves the boxes to blinds I told her she said I do. Went to Walmart in Tucson on Houghton Td and they were surprised at Douglas Walmart attitude. They made the refund, no questions asked.

This place is the worst Walmart I have ever been to in my life. It starts with management allowing and defending any employee that does wrong. There is a continuous stream of income due to the proximity of Mexico so they can treat the customer with personal disrespect. This Walmart is a disgrace.

I hate this Wal-Mart. The staff is unfriendly and some speak little or no English. The restroom totally unhealthy. Trashcans with human waste on toilet paper in them. The employees are rude and are racists they will help Hispanics and ignore Anglo Americans.

Much the same as other Walmart stores, the variety and classes of goods for sale is amazing. If youre hungry there is a full line deli, and Burger King; Smart Style salon, garden and outdoor shop, auto repair and tire shop and much more.
