I asked an unsuspecting coworker to go to the Walmart on Landmark Dr. to pick up a leaf blower and ask someone in the store if she had questions. She found the blower with a little help but this store was out of the leaf blower on the shelf and only had the display model. She was told twice it worked and needed nothing else. It is a battery powered blower that uses a rechargeable 18V lithium battery, but the blower came without the charger. When I called the store, they said that sort of stuff get thrown in the trash when the display model is put on display, then the items is sold for a discount. He was a little stumped when I asked why they would sell a battery powered power tool without a charger to charge said battery. I blame myself for shopping at a corporation with little though towards customer satisfaction and whose priorities are money and more money. Dont make the same mistake I did, go somewhere where the staff has half a clue on the product they are selling and somewhere where the customer is the first thought (i.e. anywhere but Walmart.)

I went in to wal mart on sunday wanting to buy a toy. Picked one up it said it was $12.89 and the toy behind it was the same so i assumed it was correct i got to the check stand and it rang up at 21. Something i told the cashier it wasnt correct and she want with me to check. She looked arround and said no its wrong i asked if they could give me the price since it was in the wrong place. She called her manager and he came over and made me walk back over there and check he said it was in the wrong place i told him well maybe yoy sould straight en up your products and ask him if could honer it since it was there mistake and he said no! Worst costumer survice ever will not shop there again. And i wasnt greeted by anyone. His name was jose. Just fyi you need to work on your customers !!

I dont know where these complaints are coming from. I have never been in a more friendly place. The person who was upset by the leaf lower not having the charger, I picked up a similar one last summer from the display. It was more than half off and even after buying the charger, which they sold, I was still $30 lower. The man that sold it to me though said not that it got thrown away, but that despite their efforts it probably got stolen. Either way, a great deal. I always find great help in that store unless its during Sundance , but then its just because there are far too many people in the store each day.

Just like another local chain store, this Walmart is open 24 hours which is very convenient for myself. The store is stocked okay, though dont be surprised to find something out of stock, or in very short supply. There is a good selection of items overall, any basics you could ever need can be found here. It helps keep the trips to and from SLC to a minimum. Food selection is not great, I use the Walmart for my goods and the local Smiths for groceries, the Smiths is a supermarket after all and generally runs better deals.

Always one or two isles that look like chaos every time Im in there. Went in for a Multimeter to check my car baterry and after asking for it to two people they finally found a person that said they knew where they were. So they walked me to the isle that had the measuring tape, and the guy pointed at it and said " there you go. Meters" I explained I was looking for something to measure volts and amps and that just got him more confused. I ended up finding by myself three isles away.

Im really disappointed in this Walmart. I bought some gifts online and was told it would arrive by the 23rd in time for Christmas and they still havent arrived on the 27th. I understand we had a huge storm and it is Christmas time, but the employees are so rude and there is no way to get in touch with anyone from the online site, so I have no idea when they will come in. I will not order from Walmart online again and I wont go back to the photo area of the Park City Walmart.

This is an okay Wal-Mart but nothing to shout home about. For Park City I definitely expected this to be a bigger Wal-Mart due to the amount of tourism that is in Park City. We were very disappointed when we found out they carried no swimming stuff. We needed some swim diapers and floatys for our daughter and they didnt carry any of that. It was very weird and the store felt very closed in with a lot of item crowding and not a very good selection of products.

Typical Walmart. This particular one is bigger then some but not a super-center as it lacks a full garden center and auto tire/battery center, but does have a pretty complete grocery section. Generally well stocked and checkout lines are not bad most of the time. Always seems clean.

Not a bad little store. Not as large a variety of items as typical supercenters because it is a convert from the old style store and space is very limited. Overall a clean store with friendly staff. Only problems are a lack of a tire center, vision center and an outdoor garden center.

The guys working the electronics area have no clue what theyre doing and are pretty rude. Sent me three different places for photo paper around the entire store, neither place had it, finally found it in a fourth spot and they were not much help along the way with the attitude.

I liked the pharmacy (took about 30 minutes for some generics). The groceries and household electronics are good too. Pretty good selection of iPhone accessories, cases, etc at fair prices. Easy highway and Kimball Junction access and great hours.

I sat on the phone for 15 minutes at 11 oclock at night and no one would pick up the phone... I hung up and called again and waited 5 more and still nothing! Its hard to believe that they are so busy this time of night!!

Its a great resource for locals in Park City to have this Wall Mart but I have had bad customer experience on multiple occasions. Im not sure what it is but some of the people there not customer friendly.

Not friendly...my cashier was a man and he stuffed everything in on bag including food and suit pants..the pants were crumpled and hanging out of the bag..I had to go get another bag and repack all of it.

Sucks that theres only one or two cashiers open, I understand the fact the every company has to look after themselves but at this point it almost feels like they dont care about the costumer needs

Its Walmart. I didnt have any experiences with customer service which seems to be the issue at this location based on other reviews. The produce department was nice for Walmart.

Really really poor service the people dont how to do their job it took 3 days for my family to receive the money when its only suppose to take 10 minutes to be received.
