My daughter went in to get her hair done and it was done wrong, anyway to make a long story short she got her money back after having to go through corporate. My complaint is that I also went to J.C. Pennys off and on for about 6 years, my son and most recent myself. When my daughter complained because they did such a crappy job everyone in the place knew what had happened, so they not only do a crappy job they also gossip about there clients. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! The hairstylist that did my hair is Shauna. She had nothing to do with what happened to my daughter but decided to take it out on me and not return my call for an appointment, so she dropped me. She is very unprofessional and needs to grow up she just lost a good paying client. Can that salon afford that???? I think not .,they should be ashamed of how they treat people in there. They are not a New York City salon but they charge like they are one . They are J.C. freaking Pennys get over yourselves! -Paula In response to other comments on here about my review: Obviously you dont understand what I am saying. Let me clarify further! My stylist was not the one that did my daughters hair, as I already stated. And she was not the one that my daugther compalined about. Yet, she cancelled my appointment and dropped me as a client though I did not have anything to do with the situation. That is unprofessional! I have talked to other stylists about this and every one of them agree that it is un anprofessional salon. You have been lucky to have your hair done how you wanted it, just wait until your not happy with something...then the gossiping and dirty looks and dropping YOU as a client will happen. I also think its kinda fishy all the suddent, after no reviews on here forever, once I post my review, within 1 day 2 positive reviews show up...smells like 2 stylists are posting these to me!!!!!! Good luck to this salon..THEY NEED IT!!!

Great store! Love that they have almost everything under one roof. I can get my clothes and get my haircut in the same place. They always have a coupon for everything, I have never paid full price for everything and the clothes are stylish, I just went to the salon for the first time and they were busy and there was an error with the booking. I had booked at the wrong place due a false listing but I went back two days later and had an excellent service! They were friendly and cut my hair just how I wanted it. They even gave me a cupcake and coffee! Then I went out and bought a pair of $100 boots for $6.99. I had the best day! I hope they never go under because I love this store!

Great variety of clothing, good prices, great sales and great location in the Bozeman Mall. The only reason I give it 3 stars is because the customer service is hit or miss and the store is a little dated. Customer service is very important to me, hence the 3 stars. But clothing quality is good.

Been getting haircuts here for years, with the same stylist - always great and exactly what I want. Very professional and attentive staff in their very clean facility. Very convenient to be in the mall every six or so weeks. Call ahead for an appt - they are good so they are busy.

Offers alot of coupons and deals when shopping and the clothes are always a good fit. Wish they offered a bigger selection of items but I can always order online.

This JCPenny is much smaller than what you would find in a larger city but still has the same type of stuff. Store is clean and well organized.
