AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST IF POSSIBLE (SEARS TUCSON MALL) Extremely bad customer service. Manager would not let me explain I had a defective shoe. She kept rudely interrupting not letting me speak. She said she could not refund my money back. I advised her I had my receipt and I paid over 180.00 for the shoes. She said regardless of the shoes being defective wont give a refund. This store is going to be out of business pretty soon if they keep treating their loyal customers like this. This lady wasnt even the shoe department manager. My understanding was that shes the manager for appliances. Her name is Kimberly Bragg. She has no manners very rude and disrespectful. I also overheard another conversation across from me that she was having with a young lady of two children. The customer was trying to return clothing with original tags still on all the clothes plus customer provided original receipt and Kimberly also declined it. She advised the customer she could only get store credit of $47 instead of what she originally paid which was $134. Reason I know is due to customer was in tears and couldnt help but to notice how rude Kimberly treated this customer that had a receipt. Theres ways of how to come across and she was very unprofessional. I dont understand how Sears allows this type of behavior not business like. SEARS will soon be history (bankrupt) if this continues. This location is in need for new MANAGEMENT. I dont think they take bad reviews serious either.

Worst experience of all time. We purchased a washer and dryer a month ago and finally had it delivered this week. They sent two incompetent drivers who had no idea how to install our dryer. We find out that the salesperson sold us the wrong dryer vent kit and they would address the issue. We purchased another kit for fifty dollars and set up today for the install. Sears delivery sends two new delivery people to install our washer and dryer. They show up and spend 5 minutes in our house and tell us that they were given the wrong part again!! The driver tells my wife he has never done a side kit install. I will never purchase anything from Sears again.

I ordered a washer and dryer on a Saturday. My dryer broke so I ordered a new set. I was told it would be ready that Tuesday after 1:00. I drove an hour to pick it up only to be told the truck didnt come and to return the following day. I drove and hour each way again and no washer or dryer! I was told they would call me when the truck arrived. Its now Friday and still no call! I have four kids and I NEED a dryer!! ***update*** I called all day Friday to see if they were in yet and no one would answer phone. Finally at 6:00 that evening someone answered. The washer and dryer were finally there but nobody bothered to call and let me know.

They have the worst delivery service for thing you order they already delay my mattress order three times, time to cancel my order. should have gone to SAMs club and bought a mattress just dispicable of their service I gone to the store and ask for the manager they give me the supervisior what the hell does the manger too scared to show his face just a precaution just dont order anything from sears its full of delays.

Sitting here outside the optical department, which the website says is open today, yet its closed.....why? Are they at lunch? There no sign or notice......the seemingly only employee on the first floor has no idea. The place is devoid of staff and customers for that matter. Thanks for wasting my time.

Apparel is extremely out of style. Something needs to change about Sears or its going to go under. This location at the Tucson mall is worth only the walk-through to take a shortcut to the main part of the mall.

Tools section staff are rude, lazy, slow, and very unhelpful. The team over at Park Place is much better, its just disappointing I have to go all the way over there to get the service I want.
