Its so big and busy with nowhere near the employees it truly truly needs . No customer service skills in any of the departments. Not even the fabrics and sewing department and they are never busy !!! Maybe she had a bad day . But even mediocre service people have been trained to leave the home life at home and the work life at work. So why did I have to suffer her bad mood? I would ask the supervisor but hes obviously busy with the 15 complaints before mine because I waited 15 minutes before being told he would be right here . Off to are the products on the shelves stocked well and kept fresh YES they seem to be pretty well trained here and that is good. So far I feel that Bozeman Montana is lacking in social skills. Is the store clean ? Yes as long as you steer clear of the rest rooms and Mc Donalds. And I would rather eat a candy bar in the bathroom than eat at this Mc Donalds! And that goes to show you I do not eat nowhere on the property !!!! Are the lines long and take forever to get through ? Why yes! Did you read my mind haha . No in all reality the lines do get long and yes some check out lines do take forever. You have to get to know which of the 5 cashiers are the slow ones. With only 5 cashiers working you know the lines do get long but Ive never spent more than half an hour even at their busiest in any line . Not even the line to get my TV on black Thursday 2 years ago

Terrible customer service. My mother, who is in NH did a ship to store for my sons first birthday birthday gifts because it would save her money. I got the email and text that it was there so we went to pick it up. The system said there was nothing under my name I asked her to check with the order number she said she couldnt and sent me on my way. When I got home I called the store and the manager said she would call me right back, but in a very rude tone. 4 hours later I got a call from another person that it was there. So the next day I went back and the same lady told me it still wasnt there! She gave me a hard time until I found someone else to come help. The thing is, 1 your job is customer service, she there shouldnt be so many rude employees that dont want to help. 2 they do the ship to store so people can save money and it is faster than shipping to a house, they shouldnt make it a headache so you never want to go back. I spend so much money at Walmart that it angers me now to spend any money there when j get treated to horrifically. This is just the most recent problem Ive had, but there has been so many issues. With the Bozeman Walmart in the past few years. I now refuse to shop there.

Had left a mirror and some poster board behind at the register (cashier had set it on floor next to bag turnstile) left town to go home. Realized we had left it the next day so i called. Gal i spoke with says no problem it will be checked in, get it next time you are in town. A day later, i had my friend who was going, stop to get the items. Not logged at reguster, my call was not logged, and after an hour of all but calling her a thief, finally looked at the video and saw we were being truthful. My wife calls to leave a complaint about the treatment speaks to a manager (patrick) and gets told that its the workers who didnt log things fault, and also ours for leaving it behind and not rushing back (i should have been less concerned with several hundred dollars of perishables i guess) also i dont live in town. If they decide to contact me and apologize i will modify this post, if not then people should be aware......

Aweful customer service every excuse in the world as to why they can not just help you!!! They deserve zero stars!!! Waited for 45 minutes to get fabric cut no one ever showed up finally just cut the fabric then could not check out because we did not have the print out another 20 minutes to get a manager who started the conversation with that he never heard a page for fabric ( They were paged 3 times) then oh well thats not my department, then we are short staffed, then I have attended job fairs trying to get more workers) Oh my gosh Wal-Mart stop the excuses and help your customers that are already having to cashier their own groceries!!!!! Guess I will be spending my money elsewhere from now on. We are a family of 6 and average over $1000 a month at your store! I know that is not much to a huge corporation but it is ridiculous to treat your customers so poorly.

I love Walmart, I know, Ive heard through the grapevine the negative things, but can only go by my own experience. I love their commitment to customers. I love that I can park a car or RV in their parking lot overnight. When I traveled the USA extensively, I found their car service helpful. I love all the stuff they sell, many useful things found there and not elsewhere. The Bozeman Walmart is a good example - very good environment. I also love that this is often the only 24 hour store in a town, and this is great when you have a sleepless night and decide to shop for groceries at 3AM. A couple of times I have gone there after midnight just to sort out something I was going through. One time an employee saw me in tears and asked me if he could be of any help. In this way, Walmart has been my friend.

Not a Walmart fan honestly. Cheap stuff, but the shopping environment has never been impressive. This particular Walmart was recently remodeled inside, so it looks fairly nice now. Isles are now quite a bit wider than they used to be. Because of how this Walmart is situated, there are TWO driveways in and out of their parking lot. However, only ONE of those driveways is really useful. One of them enters onto 7th Ave and you can only safely turn right which takes you to the interstate overpass. The parking lot is always crowded, and the main entry/exit forces you to drive by the front doors of the store. No quick in and out due to foot traffic and such. Produce at this store has been pretty lack luster over the years. So we do our grocery shopping elsewhere.

Okay, heres the deal...Walmart in Bozeman is a very busy place. They have 2...(yes two!) Checkers working. They have at least 10 self checkout stations open. They also have signs hanging overhead telling us how much their employees mean to them. So my question is....why are you taking real jobs away from your community if those employees mean so much to you? You are forcing customers to use self-check out, by opening only two regular checkout stations. Eventually you will have very few people employed... yet your profits will be sky-rocketing! We, along with a few others waited patiently in a long line, just so we could check out with a real person (who probably needs that job!) Walmart...shame on you! You are not helping the problems in this country.
