bought a pair of headphone with a clearance sticker for $40, but once paid, it showed up $74 on the receipt, so the cashier told me to go to the customer service to get the price adjusted. Once I was there, a young guy was supposed to refund me the difference of $34 ($74-$40), but instead he charged me again for $40. I pointed out his mistake that I was charged twice now, soon a supervisor checked both receipts and confirmed the error, and the supervisor was going to fix the error on both receipts. I told him all he needed to do is to issue a full refund on the first receipt of $74. But the supervisor said, wait a second, thats not right, actually we had to do a correct price adjustment on the first receipt, then return and a full refund the on the second receipt of $40. I found thats funny, so I told him, so far I paid twice for this headphone, $74 on the first receipt which was the wrong price, and the $40 on the second receipt which was correct price, all we needed is a full refund on the first receipt instead of the second one, then we will be ok. But soon I found out such a simple way to fix the error was not going to work with him, his mindset was programmed on fixing the first guys error on the wrong price adjustment which by the way never really happened here. So I stepped back and watched in amazement, the supervisor first did a price adjustment on the first receipt of $34 ($74~40), then followed by a full refund on the second receipt of $40. Of course, my credit card was handed to him three more times with three more receipts printed out so he can finish this complicated task to fix that non-existing "price-adjustment" error by his young fellow. Honestly I dont know what to say, but judging from the big smile on the supervisor face after he went through all the hoopla, I guess a mission accomplished.

fui a hacer una compra en la madrugada de este dia 17 de abril, ya para regresarme a ciudad juarez ya que fui de visita por las fiestas de pascuas a las cruces NM pero le pedi en espanol de favor a una cajera me diera el precio de unos chocolates me contesto en inlges que no le dije que no entendia ingles ya no me contesto nada unicam,ente me cobro los demas articulos al decirme el monto a pagar le volvi a decir en espanol que no le entendia y sin dejarme de hablar en ingles nada mas se salio de la caja y me mostro la pantalla en donde decia el total a pagar, entiendo que estoy en un pais que no es el mio, pero no es la primer vez que voy a walmart a hacer compras en ocasiones hay empleados que no hablan espanol pero tratan de ayudarme o buscan a otros companeros que me puedan ayudar, lo que ayer no fue el caso

Went to Walton Store, to get a new battery, for my car. Asked the technician to check the charging system first. He put leads, from a hand held meter, on the old battery terminals and got a read out, "needs to be replaced". It was old and I knew it needed to be replaced, but would have liked to have the charging system checked out, to make sure no problem there. I got the new battery. It was installed in about 20 minutes, so have to give them credit there. Three days later, I was checking under the hood and checking the battery. The battery tray had not been cleaned, even a little, which I would have thought would have been something they would do, since I was buying the battery, from them. I also found three of the six cells were short of electrolyte. I had had battery post protective spray, on my old battery terminals, but the terminals were not cleaned off. The battery was just installed and that was it. Not what I would call a great experience.

I went browsing on Black Friday for fun and picked up a few DVDs. Upon checkout my card was declined (I found this very odd as I have NEVER had a problem with the card and knew there to be well over 100 bucks in funds on the card.) I shrugged it off and paid another way. I got to my car and worried about my card I immediately called my bank to find no problems with the card however I did find a charge for the exact amount I had just tried to purchase from Walmart. They charged my card after they had said it was declined AND I had paid another way so I was double charged! Now I have to spend a lot of time to short this out thankfully I saved the declined receipt and the receipt that said we paid.

This is the Walmart closest to our home so we frequent this location when we need a quick run to the grocery store or pretty much anything else. The staff is always friendly and you can find some good deals of course. Since we live in New Mexico you will find all of the usual resources a good Mexican cook would need. One thing I really like is that I am seeing more and more healthy and organic food choices. They even have Arugula which is something we love to include in all of our salads.

Since I arrived and shopped at this Walmart I have been stalked, and I have been threatened by Walmart employees and others. These threats date back to when I arrived about three weeks ago. These threats included robbery attempts, assaults, death threats, threats of cutting me, false accusations etc. They have said they were selling drugs illegally, trafficking children to pimp, contaminating food, Walmart employees and others are felons etc. with the cops.

I need to let everyone know. I called Wal-Mart Rinconafa to order a 6ft sandwich for tomorrow....girl answering my call told me I could NOT order because they needed 24 hour notice...I told her you do have 24 hours I wont pick up until 6 pm. She refused to take my order.I called this Wal-Mart...LYDIA took my order, was very polite asked if I needed anything else....GOOD JOB LYDIA for being a caring employee and thinking of the customer first.

Im not a fan of Walmart for many reasons. When I go there its at 4am because nothing else is open. But I dont even do that any more because they do not allow open carry. a business that dose not allow their customers, or even their security guards to carry is an unsafe business, and one that does not deserve my money. Change your idiotic firearm policies and maybe Ill start spending money in your store again.

Its a Walmart, you know? Cheap things at cheap prices. The customer service is quite friendly in my experience (in person, at least; their phone system is flawed beyond hope), and most of the time they have what I need, or something similar, but the lines there are ridiculously long. They dont keep enough cashiers on hand and dont have any self-checkout registers, and it gets rather inconvenient.

Waste of time and the savings are not worth the stress. Just driving by Walmart gives me anxiety. Addition: So final went to Wal-Mart again if just seem more sensible them going to three places. But upon check out I realized that the cost of my food was more than what I pay at Albertsons. I was a real surprise to me.
