I dislike this Walmart because they have very poor service. I have lived in this area over 2 years and shop here because it is so convenient to my community. This place always has very long lines with no sense of urgency by the employees. There is self check out which is slow too because you have to wait for an employee to address issues such as ID card checks for alcohol, wrong prices, weight off because machine does believe the item was placed in the bag, etc. The management is slow to address customer concerns. I put in a concern and it took over 6 months for a response from this store. I spoke to the new manager and he said to expect changes. There have not been any changes because lines are still too long. The employees throughout store are rather rude from the lady in produce who tends to want to run you over with her cart , unfriendly employees who do not greet you within the store, to stockers on the aisle who will not move if they see you attempting to get an item. I used to get lottery tickets here all the time but do not since they closed the customer service desk before 9pm one day. You have to walk through the employee cigarette smoking area placed in the front of the store. The only upside you can return items without hassle without receipts. On one visit I watched a woman return tons of items without receipts. Overall this place lacks any concern for customers because I guess they feel you will shop here regardless for the convenience. I have just learned to plan better by shopping at Dollar Tree, Target, Albertson, and Sprout. Even though Dollar Tree gets busy too, at least I am only paying a dollar an item for less than exceptional service.

Great store awesome customer servive, but they need to tell the customers to stop making their own parking. Theyre in the fire lane red zone, in front of the store and on the side of the store blocking the entrance by Robert Hoe St. Also keep in mind that all of these spots say "no parking any time." One lady almost backed into me while was trying to illegally park her car in front of the stop sign. These people need to get tickets or at least hire a security guard to tell them to keep it moving with their lazy asses but i guarantee that everyone is gonna say "But I always park here whats the problem?" Well the problem is your not special princess and its illegal it clearly says it on the sign and side walk no parking. So yeah fix that and the store will be much better.

I would go to the end of the earth to this location. The store manager Joe is very personable and cares about your needs. You always see him working hard and giving his co-workers a high five. He has a smile on his face while helping others. The cashiers are very friendly and personable too. They dont try to just rush you through the line like a fast food drive through. The store as a whole team rocks. The only thing is the person who answers the phone really needs to smile while on the phone and not like she is being bothered by customers. You can always hear when someone is smiling on the phone they sound better. I love shopping here at this Wal-Mart.

Unbelievable how low the customer service at Wal-Marts are getting. Went in to get some quick items and went thru the self check out. Thats when "Aracelie" approached and asked if I needed help and I said sure and she snapped " do you need help or not " WTH! I told her no I got it since I attended the 6th grade. I went to ask her for name and she popped her yellow vest and said her name. Not a damn thing will happen but I hope management will put her ass in her place since she was just standing there along with three other yellow vests. W almart should invest more in customer service training and less with self checkout. Never going there again!!!

Giving it one star because you cant leave zero. I write this as I sit stuck AGAIN in the drive thru pharmacy lane for the second day in a row. Yesterday I returned two hrs after dropping off 3 prescriptions to be told I could only have one because the pharmacist wouldnt release the other two until she spoke to the Doc TOMORROW. And after making me wait for twenty min. Called the dr at home and within fifteen min was told by the dr they were going to fill the other scripts. Here I sit again as they help out customers inside first. Do not go here.

This market place is clean its nice to shop here the man in the produce section is very nice and will help with anything BUT once you get to the check out lanes its horrible yes I understand that its going to be a minute they usually are busy but when you stand in line for a couple of minutes to be greeted(not really) with attitude and have the cashier fight you on prices for everything its petty I will rather go out of my way to a diffrent store than shop here at least for now...

Nice and friendly staff. They have about actual registers with cashiers, all the rest are self-checkouts. I dont know about yall but Im not a huge fan of those self-checkouts with their "bagging area" issues. Well, these are not like those! You can swipe your items very quickly and they have two bagging areas which are very efficient! I can scan a whole cart full very quickly too. The bathrooms are always clean and pharmacy employees are always very helpful and friendly.

They close up all check out lanes except for the self check out ones after a certain hour. If you have a full cart of groceries you have to do it all by yourself and if you ask for help for certain items such as fruit and vegetables they seem to get annoyed. All the cashiers are just standing around talking and laughing. Im pretty sure they can have one cashier on stand by for people with full carts. They also turn off lights while you are shopping.

Parking is a disaster! People just pull up to the front, where its plainly marked fire lane, and leave their cars while they shop. I hope theres never an emergency at that place. There are carts all over the parking lot, and people will cause a traffic accident one day over waiting on a parking place because theyre too lazy to walk an extra 50 feet. I hate to go there, just because of parking. The employees are nice, but the parking lot needs work.

I changed my rating from 3 stars to 5 due to the fact that they have I guess hired more customer service personal becouse the lines move quick and the cashiers really look like they want to help you. I went to Neighborhood Walmart by Pebble Hills and it made me be thankful of this one. They are horrible, miss management is apperant and they must be cutting hours or personal over there it was horrible.

The Parking lot is horrible and no one seems to know where to put the carts when finished. People drive the wrong way down the passage ways to get to a parking spot. the best place to park is in the back by the gas station. Once inside though it is easy to find what your looking for. The check out lines are horrendous, and very very long. The staff seems nice though.
