This store is one of the cleanest and most friendly Walmarts I have ever been in with the exception of the tire and lube department. Up until about a year ago our family used them exclusively for all of our oil changes and tire needs. Now the tire and lube staff seem to not care about our familys business and make a point to avoid doing any work blaming it on "Walmart policy". Here are two examples. (1) I have the lifetime balance on my Silverado and left it there on a Sunday afternoon to have the four tires re-balanced. About four hours later I returned to pick up to be told that the tires had uneven wear and did not have enough tread remaining to meet their standards for putting back on the truck. No phone calls were made to tell me of the problem. If they had made any effort to contact me I would have returned sooner and taken it somewhere else. They actually appeared to be inconvenienced that I brought it in. I did find one front tire that had some wear on the inside. The other three tires were in good shape. Yet they refused to balance any of the tires even though I had paid for the lifetime balance on all four tires. I took them to Discount Tire and paid them to balance all four. Their technical said there although there was a slight wear on the side of one tire, all four tires had adequate tread and were safe to drive another 10,000 miles. Example (2) I had a flat on my Jeep and took the tire in for repair. The desk person looked at the tire and said that since it was six years old they could not repair it. The lady also commented that this was a shame since the tire had almost new tread remaining. It was quickly repaired at another Walmart. In my opinion the Evergreen store uses "Walmart policy" to turn away work. I will never go back to their tire and lube, a shame since I am in the store all the time and used to enjoy the convenience of their service.

We pulled our motor home over here. We spent hundreds of dollars on food and other things we needed. They had no sign posted. Jefferson County sheriffs deputies actually suggested we park there. Seems peoples idea of camping and parking are a bit different. Look up that definition, camping is staying in a non permanent dwelling. YOU PARK in A $150,000 RV. While checking out one day we were lucky enough to get the lazy witch manager who was mad she had to open up another lane. I called the store from a line 6 deep to add another checker so as not to lose my place in line. There were elderly people with just a few things and they were all thanking me for calling. When we got to her I priced matched a couple of items but she was checking too fast for me to find the items on my list of phone apps. She could have told us they had a comparable item bit this lazy witch didnt bother. We went to pick up the comparable item , took it to the customer service desk to return the item she didnt inform us of and exchanged it at the desk causing us more time and effort while she did nothing at the register but fix her hair. This place is NOT RV friendly as stated in the RV guide for the club we are in and I will never shop here again.

So I had a bad experience at the automotive center today, went in to have a key made that I bought off of Amazon for my automobile the same thing I had done the previous week for my wifes vehicle and there didnt seem to be a problem. Well today there was the customer service representative first off seems like it was an inconvenience for her to even work there for that matter and or take care of my needs, so she went and found her manager it took about five minutes later in the customer service representative showed back up and explain to me that she could not do this I explain why I just had this done the previous week and she would not give me an answer. So I guess long story short out of all the years that Ive been going there I will no longer be shopping there. Sometimes all it takes is just one bad experience and by the way I went next door to the Home Depot they had no problem taking care of the key for me I told them about my experience they didnt charge me anything and took them about five minutes and I was in and out the door...

The layout of this store is very user friendly. The shelves were nicely stocked and i was able to find every item i needed. The CSM who checked us out was extremely friendly and you could tell she enjoyed her job. She was just recently promoted to customer service manager. The reason i didnt give a five star rating is I asked three different associates where a particular item was and two of them walked me to the aisle and made sure i didnt need anything else. The third associate didnt stop her conversation with a fellow employee to acknowledge my presents. After waiting a bit, i asked my question her reply was, oh were outta that" and pointing in a general area where i might be able to find the product. As i went into the department i was "pointed" to, there was a extremely helpful gentleman there to greet me and was able to take me right to the product i was seeking. Come to find out the product was in fact in stock. Overall a great experience.

Slow! Long lines and 20 registers, but only 4 open! I asked someone if they could help me and they said of course. Then I asked do you work in this department? They said yes. I asked him questions about the new sound system I purchased and he just agreed with everything I said. I asked him is there someone else I can talk to and he said theres no one else in this department. Oh, theres bums everyday panhandling Its like I cant go to my local walmart without some bum who has a cigarette and looks like they never miss a meal staring at me while Im just trying to go get some damn soda on the way home! Clean up that store!! I hope corporate sees this and makes a change. Retrain the employees and get security for your parking lot! At least some no loitering sign.. jackasses!

Its a Walmart, what can you say. It is a reasonably clean Walmart by comparison to others Ive been in. Partly because it is in the nice community of Evergreen. Because of its location it gets an interesting mix of clientele ranging mountain folk to affluent folks and even tourists because it is near Interstate 70. No complaints about this Walmart except the customer service desk closes at 9 PM so forget about any late night returns. This next one is a personal pet peeve; the deodorizer they use for the restrooms is overpowering enough to smell by the check out lanes nearby. Kind of nauseating. I hope the management reads this and finds a better product.

Came in to get 1 tire not even on the car I brought the wheel in people working they had one car in the bay. they wouldnt stop talking to each other they needed to start working . I Run automotive shops I wouldve fired them I literally watch them talk for almost 10 minutes without doing anything to the car . I waited 30 minutes gor job that takes 5 minutes. thats not only poor work ethic but bad management . I can understand if they were busy but talking about personal stuff while work needs to get done is not acceptable
