Im not the type of person to leave reviews (ever) but I had to say something this time. Im a frequent shopper at this Nordstrom Rack and honestly love it. The costumer service is great!... except for one employee in particular. I got her name: "Sierra." (Short little thing, long blonde hair) I hate to be this person but Ive encountered this employee a few times now and not once have I had a pleasant experience with her. She has an overall indifferent, and sometimes almost snotty, attitude. Ill be in the fitting room looking for someone to hand my reject items to and shell be sitting in that little back area on her cell phone. If I try to hand her the items shell slump over to me like Im her mother asking her to do a chore. If I ask for help she wont so much as look at me and Ive heard her talk poorly about me to her fellow co-workers while Im trying on clothes because I asked a simple question. Your employee Sierra has left me feeling insecure and uncomfortable and like a burden. I really do love this place but try to avoid it now on the off chance Ill encounter her again. Please let me know if anyone saw this and read this. I just needed to say something because of how poorly Ive felt coming to Nordstrom Rack because of this one employee.

Love Nordstrom and Nordstrom rack usually. Havent had the best customer service at the Orem location unfortunately. I went to return some items and I didnt have my receipt which usually isnt a problem. They can look you up with ID. They told me for some reason theyre system wasnt able to track down my nordstrom card purchase and that there was nothing they could do to put the money back into my account. I would normally understand but this is the 3rd time in the last 6 months this had happened to me at this Nordstrom rack. Its defiantly my bad for not keeping my receipt but Nordstrom policy is that they can look you up and easily return without a paper receipt. I called Nordstrom customer service very frustrated. They basically apologized for them and assured me that they can reach out to credit services and can easily resolve the matter. What a hassle and sadly makes me cringe at the idea of going back.

Hi, Im extremely frustrated with my experience at Nordstrom Salt Lake City (city creek) yesterday. I was in the store choosing clothes to try on and when I went to try them on the employee told me that I couldnt because the store was starting to close. It was exactly 9:25. I have never seen something like that happen before, a complete disregard to the customer and the Nordstrom brand. Normally, store personnel wait until the costumers in the store finish their purchases and gives great service before closing down and kicking customers out. Im certain poor customer service is not something the Nordstrom brand wishes to be affiliated with, especially with its proven track record and my previous experiences. Unfortunately, Ive been left with even less desire to return to Nordstrom and purchase from retail locations.

GREAT store. I was in 3 different times this weekend, and the employees and managers had above and beyond customer service. Nordstrom is a company that cares about its customers, and I was won over. Even with hundreds of customers, the store stayed organized, the shelves were full, and the employees stayed happy. Im not sure what the viewer below was expecting in the way of freebies, but they liberally gave out $5 off certificates to everyone who came in, and additional $5 off certificates and reusable Nordstrom bags to every customer.

Pretty good deals and selection for men (I havent done any shopping for women at this location). Some parts of the stores and clothing racks felt organized and clean, and other parts were disorganized disasters. The registers are weirdly not at the front of the store, but thats not really a big deal. Overall, great store.

So happy that Nordstrom Rack FINALLY opened their location here! I am excited to finally have one closer to Provo. Merchandise seemed well organized here, and I found some great candles and Nyx brand makeup items the last time I was here!

The mens department is total garbage. They have two small racks of cheap ugly suits. They have a joke of a selection of mens clothing. Ive been to NRs across the country when I travel. And I never knew it can get this bad.

Great store and friendly staff! Loved all the merchandise but I had to take a star off because the parking lot is a nightmare! Outback and In n outs drive thru make it impossible to park.

Good deals on high end stuff. I tend to go to Ross, Burlington, or Marshalls first because of sane brands for cheaper. But! My favorite pair of pants are from here.
