La-Z-Boy used to be the top of the line for easy chairs. Bought one here a year ago, and it is nothing like they used to make them. The chair is wobbly, and seems like its falling apart. They sent out a guy who bent all sorts of things underneath it to make it tighter. The guy even admitted that the new ones are all wobbly like this. Well, that helped a little, but after a month or two, it all loosened up again. Just very poor qualilty for the hefty price you pay. You no longer get the value you used to from La-Z-Boy. Save your money and buy a cheaper brand - since they wont be any worse. - Disappointing.
