The sales staff was great but if you want your furniture pick it up yourself. We were supposed to have our dining room table delivered on a Thursday so I made accomodations and sold the existing table. Thursday, I receive the call with the appointment time of 7 or 8 pm. I was surprised it was going to be so late but I need the table since I dont have one at all at this point. Then...they call and say it will not be delivered because the drivers were "held up at another house". They told me to call in the morning to set up another appointment. The next available appointment was almost a week away. So now I still sit and wait for Wednesday with no table for my family to eat at for a week. I did get them to agree to waive my delivery charge. I have to say Im very disappointed in how unprofessional the delivery service is.

Best shopping experience ever!!! Great value for the money coupled with a wonderful and knowledgeable sales staff. My whole family and many of my extended family and friends considers Havertys as our first option when looking for furniture and accessories for our homes and offices. My mother and sister call me every time they are there (which is regularly) to share special deals and finds. Well, my wife and I went to this place to find some furniture expecting to find something reasonable (furniture ) but didnt find any that was reasonable. Even in the clearance section was as high as a camels hump. I said we got to go some where else because Im not paying what they want for a clearance item with no warranty and a couple of scratches. Nope, not gonna work . All the items you guys have in clearance, just take the sign down and play " lets make a deal". You will get rid of most of your furniture and make new customers cause you just lost one.

Bought A Chair For An Office Space, Was told to go around the side of the building to pick it up. We sat there for 20 minutes while the entire loading team took their time loading 1 pickup truck with a mattress and refused to help us until they finished. Cancelled the purchase after the incident. Very disappointing service...
