Pleasant staff, eager to get your order. However, they seem unconcerned with delivering once they have your money. We were promised delivery in 2 weeks for a paid in full order. 2 weeks later with no furniture, we called only to get told 1 more week. A week later, they still didnt contact us. Repeated phone calls led to a manager who told us he would call within a week to arrange delivery. A week later, with no phone call, we again had to call. This time it was another three weeks (longer than the 2 weeks we started with!). We finally canceled our order and asked for our money back. Helpful staff to place an order, but dont expect fulfilling your order to be their concern. Make sure you have furniture in hand before giving this company your money.
