The store experience was great Kade the sales rep was very friendly, helpful, and awesome. However, she didnt tell me about the assembly fees, I for some reason thought it was apart of the 95 dollar delivery fee. Anyway the place that delivers the furniture "Big guys" delivery was the most ghetto and unprofessional delivery service experience I have ever dealt with. I spoke with the big guys delivery manager Josh and he was very strange. In one day he gave me 3 different times. Originally they were supposed to be there at 12 noon. He then made up some bull crap and said he would be there at 5 ( no one showed up) finally he said "my guys will be there at 8" These unprofessional men didnt arrive until 9 o clock. What type of professional delivery services comes at 9 at night. I will never shop there again just because of how unprofessional and ghetto their delivery service is. Also, after I paid the assembly fee of 49.99 the guy cursed the entire time he put up my table and asked if I had any tools. I couldnt believe it. My table shakes and it wasnt assembled correctly. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! If you want to shop there. Please hire your own delivery service!!!!

I have been shopping in stores and online and using the review system from random stores landed here by quick pick. I am more confused due to the skewered data by users who seem like they have had the best experience shopping ever in this store, I understand being anon if you had a bad experience but a good one doesnt make sense unless your paid to say these good things, everyones opinion is valued but murky if you dont actually do so as yourself not just a "Google User" makes all of the Five star Reviews Fake in my opinion why would you not reveal who you are giving good reviews? And in addition the plus ads are paid for by the company they are "plugging make the google users seem like "airheads" just point click and see 5 or 4 stars and go there because it is google, thank you for making this system no different than "Kevin Trudeaus " books, way to go!! Awesome Pinnocchio reviews!!! Nothing against the store in general just the fake reviews.

TWO THUMBS UP!!! THESE GUYS ARE GREAT. MY WIFES BIRTHDAY AND OUR ANNIVERSARY ARE THREE WEEKS APART. MY WIFE HAD BEEN WANTING A NEW LIVINGROOM GROUP SHE SAW AT THEIR STORE; SO FOR HER BIRTHDAY I GAVE HER $100 AND ASKED HER START A LAY A WAY WITH THE ROUSE THAT WED BE ABLE TO FINISH PAYING FOR IT IN 3 MONTHS BY CHRISTMAS. AFTER SHE MADE THE DEPOSIT, I CONTACTED THE STORE MANAGER AND EXPLAINED MY DECEPTION AND THAT I WANTED IT DELIVERED IN TWO WEEKS ON OUR ANNIVERSARY AND THAT I NEEDED IT DELIVERED AFTER 5PM BECAUSE I WAS TAKING HER OUT FOR AN EARLY DINNER. HE SAID THE DELIVERY DAY WOULDNT BE A PROBLEM BUT THE TIMING COULD BE DIFFICULT, BUT HED DO HIS BEST. HIS BEST WAS OUTSTANDING. THEY DELIVERED AND SET UP THE WHOLE ROOM UP ONE HOUR BEFORE WE GOT HOME FROM DINNER. SHE WAS TOTALLY SURPRISED. WHAT A GREAT MEMORY THEY HELPED CREATE. FABULOUS PEOPLE, FANTASTIC PLACE. ID RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE TO GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR BUSINESS.

I have never been treated as rudely as I was at this store. My husband & I stopped by to look for a bookshelf, a tv stand/table, and some indoor/outdoor patio-type furniture. We had just stepped in the door and didnt even have a second to look around when the salesman asked if he could help us find anything. We barely finished saying what we were looking for when he pretty much interrupted to say "Ill save you the trouble of looking, we dont have anything you want." Then he basically ushered us out of the store -- we didnt make it farther than about 3 feet into the store the whole time. So either there was a robbery taking place, a drug deal going down, or this man is the worst salesman on the planet. (Im betting on the latter of the 3.) We will never be going back to this store.

5-27-2016 NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE!! This was the worst experience weve ever had. The customer service is absolutely horrible. We spent over $3000 on furniture that came way after the delivery date they gave us, all of the pieces did not come, we are still waiting on pieces to this date. 3 of the sales reps hung up on us when we called to see where the furniture was. It is almost impossible to get in touch with a regional manager and actually they told us there was no regional management, which is a lie. They charged us a delivery and assembly fee but did not assemble anything! The employees at the Laffeyete Rd location has treated us so terrible, so I advise you never to shop there.

TERRIBLE!!! When purchasing furniture there was only one sales person in the store and many customers. We spent a lot of money and her customer service was exceptional...BUT the delivery was TERRIBLE and the manager was even worse!! They only gave me an hour notice, which didn;t allow time for me to get someone to remove the old furniture and when I contacted the manager he refused to work with me and hung up on me. Then one of the delivery guys was friendly and helpful but the other was negative and disrespectful...never again! Its been over a month and we are still short one dresser. ( I had been warned about this place in the past).

The best store in the city! These guys arent your run of the mill furniture store. They made our furniture buying experience the best buying experience that me and my wife have made in years. We wanted something right away but we have very particular taste. All the guys were wanting to help. They made it a total team effort to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. And we did @ a Great deal. We got the delivery the very next day. The delivery guys were very nice, clean dressed & helpful in making sure everything was just right. A very happy customer this is! And a big thank you to everyone @ Furniture Discounters..

Incredible selection of merchandise at this store for your shopping needs. I am an interior decorator and was so excited to find this store. They had Morocco hanging lamps that I fell in love with. I am always looking for edgy stores in the Indianapolis area and I finally found it. They have wall hangings (fell in love with the New York City pictures), lighting, vases and a wide range of accessories for the home. I will defiantly be back shopping for my customer’s needs. The salesman said that they get new items weekly I am sure they will see me weekly. Thanks for the great experience.

I had to rate it one star in order to be able to post my review. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! Very unprofessional. If you pay for a service, then it should be honored. The runaround with the delivery dates are ridiculous. Theyll give you a delivery date. The day comes and go. You call back and theyll give you another date. That day comes and go. You call back and either the merchandise is on "backorder", in the box, at the warehouse, in the truck, incomplete....etc. etc. Keep the furniture in your warehouse, its no longer needed. Thank you!
