I went to the Lebanon store yesterday on 8/6/2015. I went in to look for a refridgerator & a washer & dryer. I was in the store for at least 15-20 minutes & not only was I not asked if I could be helped, 3 or 4 employees walked all aroound me & didnt speak or acknowledge I was there. I started in the front at the outdoor furniture. Made my way to the back & looked at every appliance in there. 1 sales person was helping another couple & walked all around me & still did not acknowledge me. Virtually every appliance in my house came from your store. The 1st ones came from the Carthage store before the Lebanon location was opened. Sad to say, but you have lost a loyal customer.

So far i have purchased many appliances with no complaints. However, the last 2 couches i have bought required warranty work in the first few months which accomplished nothing as these item still fell apart. The current couch is a $1300 piece of junk that continues to malfunction, the electric recliner would not stop going down when the button was pushed...my dog says thanks for squishing his head and i say thanks for taking my money and leaving me with an uncomfortable falling apart piece of crap.

I bought a beautful looking bedroom set in July of 2012. I March of 2013 8 month later the bed collaped and I am the only one that sleeps in it. I called the company and they said someone would be here to fix my bed and no one showed up. I called again and thesaid someone would be here and no one showed up. I just called again and talked to a manager and we will see if some one shows up to fix my bed. Very frustrating situation.

I purchased a microwave and brought it home. The microwave was not the right size for the opening, so I brought it back the very next day. They charged me a 25% restocking fee because the box had been opened. We were not made aware of this restocking fee at the time of purchase. I am extremely disappointed in my experience with them, and will never be shopping here again.

We brought a double recliner about 2 years ago and already replacing it this week. One side started separating from the console in the middle and you can see the wood frame, the medal fixtures, cushions have fallen apart. We will never purchase anything else from DT Mccalls. **poor quality furniture***

Great company! The sales people were friendly and knowledgeable. They had a great selection and bent over backwards to show me the products that I was looking for and make me recommendations on which product was better than the other for my needs. I will go here over the big box stores from now on!

I walked in and seen several employees sitting on the couch they did NOT greet me or my family, just rude. I should of left but I did I walk around and had questions on items I wanted to purchase, again no one bothering to get up and help us. Will never go back.

Werent helpful or nice. Would not advise using them for anything. Sold broken parts then pretended not to understand my issue and refused to help me when it was covered under a warranty.

Furnished 3 rooms here and a refrigerater for a gret price. Staff was all friendly and willing to help but not over your every move trying to make a sale.
