I came into the store yesterday (Dec. 13). Now I do understand that its the Christmas season and people do steal, but it just pissed me off the fact that the employee literally followed me around the mens section thinking Im trying to steal as Im looking for my boyfriend ONE PAIR OF PANTS! And NEVER asked me if I needed help NOT ONE TIME! Im livid! Mind you that Im 7 months pregnant and if I was intending to steal, did he think I could honestly RUN from anyone?!! I can barely walk and not trip on my own feet! I had one bag from TJ Maxx (which I intentionally tied before entering the store so nobody would assume I was stealing and placing items in THAT bag), but obviously that made no difference! The fact he was also black (therefore should understand what its like to feel discriminated against) and its a million other (different toned) people in the section not just me. I guess because I was the only black person I was the only one capable of stealing at the moment huh?! I could tell he wasnt doing anything pertaining to work as he was just pretending to shuffle through clothes already neatly folded/hung but within enough view to watch me over the aisles. I literally had the pants I was buying in my hand but intentionally acted like I was roaming another 10 mins JUST to see if he was really following me, AND HE WAS. Smh if my boyfriend didnt need these pants for work and I hadnt been to 5 other stores, Id have walked out! But Ill NEVER return nor spend my money with this store again.

Theres a cashier there by the name of Gabriel "Gabe" that provided us with the best customer service Ive experienced since moving down here. My wife and I were purchasing a bench for $105 and he asked if he had Cartwheel because it might be on sale. He scanned it and Lord behold it was 30% off!!! We purchased 2 benches and saved over 60 bucks. He didnt have to give us the heads-up, but he did. Kudos to him and his superb customer service! We need more sales associates like him and Retail. If you see him give him a high-five on behalf of the Collins family.

Customer service is awesome at this location, minus one of their male managers who walks around with an attitude. Tried to return an item for a "store credit/gift card," and he wanted to argue with me. I then asked to speak with a manager and he quickly through it out that he was one. He pulled another manager over to side with him, but she did not. Which is why I stated in the beginning, "awesome customer service." Every other employee there has a smile and great attitude! This is my first stop when I need to do some general shopping.

I used to shop regularly at the Target in Tulsa Hills Oklahoma so I was glad to find that there was a local Target in my new area. Unfortunately, the experience was somewhat disappointing. The store wasnt very clean, there were broken bits everywhere, the prices were quite a bit more expensive than at other places. This really surprised me since the store I used to shop at was, in every way, head and shoulders above the local big box competition.

Very rude customer service. They cant be bothered to help you if you need help finding anything. The first guy completely ignored me, and the second girl gave me an extremely annoyed look and pretty much told me to look at the signs. I needed a specific item that wasnt on an isle. Hence the reason I asked.

Ok Target location...Targets prices are always a little high, which is ok for things like pillows and sheets, but I never buy any movies or groceries here. They always seem to be a few bucks higher than Wal-mart and Kroger. Overall, its an ok location, but Id rather go somewhere else and save a few bucks.

Excellent customer service at a very busy time. Manager in Murfreesboro store off Old Fort was very responsive to her employees needs. The employees were subsequently very calm during a stressful time. Despite a large volume of customers, I was able to pay for my items quickly.

I used to really like Target, until they decided to make their political opinions public. I want a place to shop, not know your stance on the bathroom situations. Store is always clean, never had any issues, prices are reasonable... but have gone up over the n past few years

I go to Target for very specific things that we use regularly, like bath tissue and laundry soap. I always buy in multiple, add manufacturer coupons, and earn the $5 gift cards for later and get the next round free. They dont carry any Trump brands so I shop here more now.

We drive here from Shelbyville ( a town with only a walmart) and Im able to find great deals for reasonable prices. Always clean, friendly staff and convienant location ( same shopping plaza as a tjmaxx, party city , dollar tree , 5below and toys r us

I live Target! The only thing holding them back from the fifth star is their dollar spot selection! We need more! Otherwise, this is a pretty nice Target. Its always clean, and most of the staff are fairly friendly.

Store is very run down. They have the product out and in the correct locations most of the time, but the product on the floors and lack of associates greeting you is a little sub-par. But it is still very shopable.

The staff was available and helpful when needed to run in and grab a couple items (a swim board and 3 girl size 10 swimsuits). The check out was timely for the amount of customers in the store at the time.

This clearance area in this store is a mess! There are clothes on the floor and on the wrong side hangers. I also couldnt find several items that the website claimed they had in stock. Very disappointed.
