Very clean environment. Place was far from crowded with the entire staff ready and eager to help me to find exactly what I needed. They also have an excellent return policy, wherein you can bring the product back for up to 14 days, not that I needed to as my product is still working great! Brightly lit and easy to navigate with a great selection. Convenient location and not too busy. Great staff.

Staff does not seem to know the policies on their rebate system, and it is very frustrating. They are usually friendly, but you will be approached by several of them asking if you need help. Items for the back to school deals are typically sold out within the first two days, so shop early if you dont want to be disappointed. The corporate customer service line is a joke.

Called this morning and asked for the printing department, got transferred and just sat on hold forever. Hung up and called back, explained that I had just called and was simply left on hold, the lady stated she would check to see if they were available, put me on hold and never came back. Guess what? Ill never call back!

ALWAYS superior Customer Service at Office DEPOT in Murfreesboro, TN. The entire team and Management Staff are wonderful. Copy and Print is awesome, too. We buy all of the supplies we can from Office DEPOT in Murfreesboro not because of price but because of the awesome service we receive there.

Found out that most of the items I needed were the same or cheaper at Wal-Mart. Had trouble finding school supplies that were on sale. Asked an associate about the prices not being on sale, but he never directed me to the back where the sale items were. Probably wont be back.

I cant find printing services anywhere else that compare...otherwise, I wouldnt be back. Super slow. I spend at least an hour each time I go just to print a few items.

Went to get copies and was told it would be an hour. Went back and they said it was not a one day service and did not know when it would be done. I am done!
