Poor experience. Ive spent nearly $900 for a sectional with delivery on Saturday 6/24 and I still have no sectional in my living room. Saturday I was supposed to get a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. They called 10 mins ahead and I couldnt get to my new address in that amount of time. I asked for 20 mins. They told me i had to reschedule and pay $50 for redelivery. I go into the store and speak to management because the sales person said I would get 30 minutes heads up call and paperwork says the same. Im coordinating a big move so my time is just as valuable as their delivery team. The manager agreed 10 minutes was not appropriate to give any one to ensure theyre home for the delivery. He waived the $50 and said the rescheduled date would be no problem.He said they would document my account and add plenty of notes. They printed a receipt that Said 50 dollar credit. Said the delivery place would call Sunday with another arrival window just as before. Sunday I let the call go to voicemail just as they told me before. When I checked the voicemail it was a call looking for $50 or delivery would be cancelled. I called back and got a voicemail. Told them the fee was waived and I expect delivery on Monday (today) as planned. After not getting any calls this morning and scheduling off work, I called them again. Kelly at Customer care says my delivery was cancelled because I didnt pay $50 delivery fee. The agent said there werent any notes from the store only from the other customer service agent. She said the store shouldve contacted the third party delivery company about the fee. Huh?! Clearly there are some communication issues between the store and the delivery company and whoever else theyre using as a customer care service. Now I have to go all week to get my furniture since theyre closed and furniture is at the store. Ill rent a truck and pick it up on my own because this is ridiculous!! My move was to start a new life with my son and theyve added a big headache and inconvenience. Im a rather even tempered person so it took a lot for me to get pissed, talk to management and write a review. I just want my furniture and to be done with them.

I found some bar stools that I just had to get and I could not find them anywhere but Weekends Only at the Castleton store in Indianapolis. Funny part is that I live in Tennessee and it might sound strange to some but I had to purchase those bar stools. I called the store and got a hold of the best person I have ever met, Nefertiti. She connected me with a sales person Lisa. If not for Nefertiti I could not of made the 6-7 hour drive for bar stools. Nefertiti was so engaged and took the time to answer all my questions. I see a bright future for Nefertiti, she took ownership, initiative to help, did not rush me, ask and answered questions, real knowledge about company, explained all options and went above and beyond to try to prevent the long drive. I am glad I made the drive and just had to meet her in person. I would do the drive again to work with her and Lisa. Lisa was nice as well, working with Nefertiti as a team to made sure the stools were in perfect condition and waiting for me. I hope management knows these ladies are beyond amazing and shows them appreciation for the hard work to help customers. It was like a star event, the store manager came to say hi and I told her about both the ladies that provided me exceptional help. I hope the manager shared my compliments I gave in the store but wanted to make sure by posting. I wish I could rate a million+ stars for Nefertiti, it was a pleasure to work with her. I called the store so many times and every time I got her she answered with a smile in her voice. I know I will see Nefertiti doing big things one day, no one can get in her way. Like the song by Alicea Keys, that girl is on fire! Thanks to everyone for your help. My bar stools fit perfectly and I will surely give you my business so long as I can deal with Nefertiti and Lisa. I could talk forever about the help those ladies did to make my purchase smooth. Mr. Moody

Had a horrible experience. My wife loved a dining room set that she found online but they wouldnt ship it to the Indianapolis store. I decided it was worth driving to St. Louis so I called customer service on Thursday to confirm they had the pieces I was after. They warned me that the china hutch was on the sales floor and may be damaged, but they had brand new table and chairs. I decided to risk it and drove 4 hours to St. Louis the next day. I was there waiting for the store to open, and quickly found the table but there wasnt a hutch anywhere. After 30 minutes of hunting they discovered that the "system was wrong" and the only hutch they had was a damaged return. They called around and found a new-in-box hutch at the distribution center which I tell them I will buy. When they get the manager to approve the order he double checks and determines distribution center doesnt have the hutch, so either the salesman is incompetent, or the "system was wrong". They offered to call to other stores to find another one, which I asked them to do after confirming numerous times that they had a set of the table with chairs still boxed. I was in the store for a total of 2 hours and 45 minutes while they sorted everything out. Go to check out and I am told that the only table and chairs they have are the ones on the floor that have been damaged. Short story, I drove 8 hours, waited in the store for almost 3 hours, was more than likely lied to or working with individuals that had no idea how "the system" worked, and left empty handed. They offered to do nothing to resolve the situation.

Best salesman I have worked with. I went in about 3 weeks ago just price checking furniture and was approached by a really friendly salesman. We got talking for a few minutes and he mentioned that they were not paid commission so they dont push you to buy things like other stores do. Well I went to a couple other stores in the area and dealt with the worst salesmen ever. Today I went back to weekends only (which is funny because they are open on Fridays too) and the sales person I was talking to even remembered me from weeks ago. This store has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Enough about the sales people, lets review the furniture. I have never been one to fall for the whole "this item costs $1200, BUT ITS ON SALE FOR ONLY $799" thing. From what I heard this store buys literal shipping containers of just 1 item at discounted prices so thats how they can sell them at a cheaper rate. Im not sure if some of the items cost $1200 anywhere, but $799 is a good deal for what youre buying so I am happy with their prices. The quality is on par with every other major store because they are selling most of the same products. TL;DR I had a great experience, I got great furniture for a good price. They will continue to have my business.
