Purchased a couch from here. Although the actual product is great and Im very happy with it, the service needs severe work. The minute you walk into the store, the sales staff jumps on you and follows you around the store even when you tell them you dont need help. Then, once you place your order, if you want it delivered (like I did), it is a complete nightmare. They use an outside company for deliveries and they certainly dont communicate with them. L Fish didnt know when my couch would be delivered and told me to call the outside delivery company. I called three times in two days and the first two calls went to voicemail and the third call was completely ignored. Then they called back to tell me that they would call in a few days to tell me the delivery date and time. They did not call within the timeframe they gave me. Then, on delivery day, they gave me a four-hour window, 2-6pm, and actually delivered it at 9pm. At 5:45pm, I called L Fish about it and they had to get in contact with the delivery drivers (clearly they werent communicating with them to begin with). Then, the delivery driver called and said they scheduled each delivery 45 minutes apart, they were two stops away, and currently in Greenwood (I live in Bloomington). So finally, at 9pm, they arrived. I didnt appreciate their tardiness, their unwillingness to communicate with me, and their attitudes toward the whole situation.

Was lied to by the sales person on when the furniture would arrive, back in February, didnt arrive until mid April. I was told a few weeks at most. Furniture looked like it was dragged across a dirty floor, and had gouges in it. Called multiple times, finally talk to the sales manager, who said he would fix the issue, and apologized for the behavior of his staff. Now mid may, I called and left a voicemail because I hadnt heard anything. I got a voicemail back today from the sales manager, he said they hadnt heard from me, and blamed me for not calling them back to resolve the issue. The sales manager either forgot he talked to me, or is being dishonest. Either way, LFish has been a disaster to deal with, and still no luck at getting the issue resolved. 3 months for furniture, that still isnt right, I paid for brand new, not scratch and dent. Buyer beware, spend the extra money at a reputable dealer.

I bought a dresser a year ago. The salesman was helpful; the delivery guys were great; and I loved the dresser. However, the off-gassing was horrible. The smell was so bad that I couldnt sleep in my bedroom. The maintenance men in my building, moved the dresser to the balcony and let it sit out there for 2 weeks. The smell dissipated for a while, but now the smell is back full force. I am now stuck with an expensive piece of furniture that I cant use and cant return. A great waste of my hard earned money. I would suggest that L. Fish give customers the opportunity to decide if they want the furniture to off-gas in their warehouse for a few days before delivery. I would rather wait a few days longer for arrival rather than have furniture smelling up my entire home. (the service I received from salesman/delivery/product was 5 stars, but I have to deduct because product is completely unusable)

Horrible!!!! They owe me credit from 2 years ago after doing a swap on defective leather couch and love seat! Called them 8 months ago just to see if I had credit, they said yes 200 dollars. Called today because I wanted to buy dresser and chest and use my credit now they say the credit is half of 200! Lady who answer phones is trash! Dont go here theyll eat your money and give you defective furniture!

Called to get a few prices on things since I am furnishing a new 3200 sq ft house. Called sales and was told they cannot look anything up because they are without internet right now. I asked how long it has been out and I was told for more than 2 days and that it is dial up internet! Good luck with that failing business model in 2015! Buyer beware!

We bought a 3piece set 2 years ago and in 1 year it started falling apart. The color is coming off the spring are breaking the wood is splitting. We dont have little kids jumping up and down just adults sitting on it. We gave $3,000.00 and it should not fall apart it is a Ashley 3piece Dont buy it.

L Fish has the best selection of furniture in Indianapolis. I shopped for a Serta Mattress all over Indy and Muncie. I bought an IComfort at L Fish because best selection and price!! Spread the words ladies!!
