The furniture and the pricing for the product is nice! But I am a stickler for customer service so the reason why I only gave them an "OK" rating is because I was greeted from behind the counter and was never shown around the show room floor. I was looking for a dining room set, which I was told was sprinkled throughout everywhere.... It would of been helpful if she would of asked me what kind of material or number of seats????... anything to help point me in the right direction. None the less I enjoyed my time wandering around. As I was walking out the door another lady did let me know that there were tons of other options in catalogs which would of been VERY helpful for the start and I could of spent 30 mins looking at exactly what I wanted instead of hunting. :(

Furniture broke within 29 days. No refund given. No kids, just an adult standing up, and the armrest gave out and broke. Slow repair (I have a 5 year warranty, Ill def be needing this). Poor quality, dont be misled by the Ashley name brand. Its Ashleys off brands.
