My Daughter who is just starting out in life found this place and purchased a Bedroom set. She sat at home all day only to be advised that her information had been written down incorrectly, which included her number, by the sales rep. I asked my daughter to contact the store so we could possibly, set up arrangements to pick up her furniture, This Guy name Mike began rambling an explanation, after my introduction. He was loud rude and very unprofessional. I had to interrupt him, politely by saying excuse me...he rudely answered what??? I had to ask , what is your name? He rudely replied...as if I had owned him some money. I explain you did not even let me explain the purpose of my call....which was What are your hours on Sunday. I could not believe his tone and service. Then he abruptly asked me could I be at his store before there closing hours 6PM., as he continued to rant, I had to continually interrupt him but was polite..he then show me a side that was unacceptable...He began to mock me...excuse me, excuse me excuse me. I had to ask him at this point did he have a problem? He said, "that he had other customers in front of him and he did not have time." Wow I did not call for a fight with this man, but merely to offer a plausible solution to getting my daughter furniture delivered, during her time of availability. She was unable to commit to his new arrangements. I understand that this place maybe reasonable for anyone who does not have a lot of money to spend on furniture...but I would think that your self respect and the value of your labored earnings would be better appreciate, somewhere else. This individuals (Mike) has no value of being human and respectful to his customers. Very disappointed, as I have now read from others whom, also have experience the poor level of service! What you put out into the world is what you will receive in return. Good Luck, and I hope this helps someone.

I went to the store and Mike agreed to purchase my furniture. He told me that he was short of help for a week and soon as he hire new help that. I would be next as soon as the store opens at 10:00am .No call or no show kept calling the store to see what time will they be at my home for pick up. Lies after lies still to this day he is telling me the same thing over and over again he is unprofessional ignorant for a businessman and have any one ever seen the other brother Mike what happen to him the one that started the business he was very sweet and his attitude wasnt like the fruit cake. Hes not business hes a habitual liar hes cheap he wants to pay you very little for your furniture but once you Sell it to him and he pays you nothing for it . Go by the store and see your merchandise you sold For dirt cheap will be a high price selling ticket on it in the store I kid you not. Hes a rip off. And he cant be trusted. Lie after lie and racist. As of June 2, 2017 Why do people play games please people he has the nerve talking about Go on line and get finance through Acima. Somebody please call Acima and tell them the garbage he is renting to the customers. All his workers look like crack heads and alcoholics. Store full of garbage furniture and definitely outdated he had me take all my food out of my refrigerator and unplug it and the stove never called me back and I kept calling him and he stated I promise I will be there today 6/ 02 / 2017 no call back now. All my food was destroyed . Please somebody Go get the other brother maybe he stole the business from the other Mike and using his name. Because he is a brother from another mother.

If u can avoid having your purchase delivered to you, please do so!! Once you give these people your money even if they damage your product they dont care. Lesson learned I have purchased everything in my home from this place And now I officially will never return. Delivery drivers ripped a leather couch I purchased and I was strung along for a full month thinking someone would come out to repair it and each time the repair man is doing something different hes on vacation he is running late, he is backed up he didnt get my message. What a joke

Great deal on high-quality file cabinets here. I purchased two 3 drawer lateral file cabinets. You have to dig around a bit but the owner is very helpful and offers several options for delivery and loading. Zero pressure to purchase. Easy place to get in and out. I will be back again.
