I was so pleased with the washer and dryer that I received from A-1. I have had one problem with the washer, and A-1 promptly returned my call and sent a repair person out to look at the washer the next business day. I am most pleased with the no nonsense customer service at A-1 There are no excuses made, they simply handle the matter promptly and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a reasonably priced refurbished washer and dryer. They stand by their products!!!

PROS: Their appliances are pretty darn clean, their sales personnel arent pushy. Weve bought a washer /dryer from them. They deliver and take away your old one. Appliances are guaranteed for 6 months. Their delivery guys were friendly. CONS: Parking is a bit of a challenge. FYI:You dont go in the regular door, you go in the raised garage door, kind of in the middle of the block. Its not as big of a selection as the other Anoka Location, but its great for Northsiders!
