We waited for something like 30 minutes to get our wood cut. After first waiting on a customer ahead of us who was being helped, the employee--who had made eye contact with us--promptly turned away and left after he was finished. He never came back. We eventually went to find another employee, who assured us that he would radio for someone to meet us back there. As we waited, we were seen by three other employees who flat-out ignored us. There were not that many customers in the store. It did not seem to be particularly understaffed. But the customer service was abominable. We ended up leaving without getting anything cut. Im generally fairly patient and understanding about this sort of thing, but I draw the line at being ignored for half an hour. After the first fifteen minutes, it begins to feel deliberate.

Id like to know WHY Home Depot is sending unlicensed contractors to install faucets, toilets, dishwashers and garbage disposals in peoples houses? ITS ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS TO PRACTICE PLUMBING WITHOUT A LICENSE!!!!! Will be reporting to the steat board of health.

My on line order was so jacked up. Not only did, I have to wait for the employees to stop talking so I can be taken care of but when I received my trash can I order it looked like it was being used in the garden department. So disappointed in home depot

It is a clean, well-stocked mega-hardware store/lumber yard. Good selection of Dewalt, Mikita, Milwaukee, Black and Decker, Klein, and other tools. The staff, especially the managers, are helpful.

Yeah, So?

This is a nice Home Depot. Its large and very clean. Very friendly cashiers and staff. The only negative is that sometimes its difficult to find a staff member in the maze of everything.

Impossible to find an employee in that store. They wont prismatic either. I go to menards instead
