Payed bill there many times and told not in my records. They asked for proof of receipts but told by store didnt need th em bc electronically in system. Also told not due for any upgrades when 2 of my lines were. They are very rude and nasty as well. Never go there again.JUST FOUND OUT BY CALLING VERIZON THIS STORE NOT RUN BY VERIZON AND NO AUTHORIZED TO TAKE PAYMENTS Although they except them. Do NOT go there to pay your bill!!!

HORRIBLE customer service. I would not wish my worst enemy to go there. Was suppose to get a call back and never did. Was told they "have a whole list of people that they are suppose to call and dont and once they get out of work they dont want to think about it anymore".
