VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...VERY UNSATISFIED! Went in here LAST December to upgrade my wifes phone as a Christmas gift. Got her the LG V10 which came with rebates ($50 in store gift card, $100 bill credit, and $100 gift card). The sales person said he would take care of submitting all of the rebates electronically. I left happy at that time. Months passed, but I never received anything! I stopped in the store in March to check in on the status and left my information with a different sales person (the one who originally helped me had left the company) who told me he would speak with his manager and get back to me. I never heard back. I stopped again in June and spoke with another individual. This one went ahead and took the time to begin emailing and making calls to find out the status. He was not able to resolve anything at that point, however he did say that he would give me a call back and we would touch base on the status. Here we are now and December, almost a year later, and still nothing has been received. I certainly hope theyre not the other individuals like me who were screwed out of rebates and incentives. Could be a lot of people like me waiting for money to come back but never showed up.

i had bad experience they sold me a 4 years old phone went i didnt need it i went to return it in the 12 says before expire and they told me that it was to late that it expire the 14 days already went it wasnt so the guy lie to me he told me to call the person who sold me the phone but no he didnt anware i went to another retail store and they help me to call customer service customer service told me to go back the store and ask for the accounting manager phone number but they told me that they dont have it i spend a few hrs and still have the phone that i dont need it who do i have to call now ..

One star is even to much for this store! I had the fantastic pleasure of getting James M who was so happy to get his commission that he did me a phone had me port my number and come to find out the whole thing failed. So not only was I lied to I lost my number I have had for almost 20 years! Thanks James you truly made my experience top notch! Your best bet is to go to a Verizon outlet nut some retail franchise! Also being told there us no manager so if in fact true nobody is actual held reasonable here!

This is the worst store. Be careful, this is a franchaise. They lied to me and then would not fix the problem. When I asked to speak to store manager they would not even give me his name. If there is a problem Verizon Wireless Customer can not help you. Always go to an official Verizon Store. I will never do business with this store again.

The salesperson was great to work with from setting up new phones to transferring all data and apps to completing returning old phones for trade. Although it took sometime salesperson took care of everything without making me feel rushed. I would recommend The store to others.
