I am so happy I chose this place! My phones charger port was fried. He helped me swap phone pieces from another phone I had. That phone had a faulty screen however so we swapped my perfectly good screen to that one. When I paid him I wanted to tip him for the great help (he saved all my pictures!!) but instead of receiving it like a tip, he gave me a phone case I kept eyeing without charge. Well, the screen didnt seem to be the issue. The phone kept up with that "phantom finger" crap so finally after about a month, I went back with money in my pocket to just buy a new phone. Instead of seizing the opportunity to sell me another phone, the repair guy took the time to still investigate why the phone wasnt working. He discovered the issue and fixed it for only a 1/3 of the price I would have spent on a new phone! When I went to tip him again, instead of receiving it like a tip, he included a tempered glass cover on the screen. I will always do business with this guy moving forward! He is honest, extremely fair in prices, and definitely knows what hes doing.

Just wonderful! I like to check out reviews and this place gets high marks. My Iphone6 plus fell the other day and got a ding on one edge of the screen and when it fell again (long story) there were now two fine cracks across the face. I finished up work early and called and was told to just come over. I walked in and the nice guy asked what phone it was and quoted me an amount that was less than I expected and then took my phone and laughed. Just the glass stick on shield was cracked, not the actual screen. I would never have known and would have paid the price or called in on insurance and paid even more. In and out in TWO minutes. Let me join the chorus of positives for this place!

This is my first review. My IPhones GPS and Bluetooth was shot. I was worried about taking it in for a fix because when I called around I got a bunch of different responses. This shop was the only one who said, "no problem bring it in". Tony had the fix in about 20 min. Worked so well I went back to change the charging port because that was loose and also shot. While I was waiting a few costomers came in with problems, and all received top service. Wouldnt take my iPhone anywhere else.

Got a phone fixed there paid phone broke a few min after I left I returned the phone and a few weeks later I was told it was a different issues and I would have to pay more. Because this whole process took a little over a month and a half I chose not to fix it there and I was told I would not get a refund for what I paid earlier because this issue was different. If you have the money I would suggest just getting a new phone from Apple or wherever you got your phone from.

Tony is great! My phones touch screen was sporadically working. I called up on a Saturday and he was closed. He met me after hours at the shop to look at my phone. He opened it up adjusted some connections and put it back together. It took about 5 min. That was 3 weeks ago and the phone is working great. The best part, he did not even charge me for his time. Tony just asked that I give him a good review. Great service!

I was looking for a place to fix a cracked cell phone screen. The Yelp and Google reviews of the first few places I looked at were iffy, and then I found IFixIt and it was pretty close to West Hartford. I called and they had the parts and availability. I drove out and he was very friendly and got to work quickly. The repair was speedy and the phone looked great. Worth the trip and would certainly recommend.

This place was absolutely amazing! It came highly recommended by quite a few close friends & I see why. My insurance on my phone was dropped, so I thought I was out of luck and would need to buy a whole new phone. The man running this place was so friendly and replaced the screen on my iPhone6 in 10 minutes and did a great job. Saved me sooo much money! 5 stars!!!! Thank you!

Ive used to replace my own iPhone batteries in the past, but I could never do it fast and confident like iFix it. I gave 5 stars, but I would suggest offering battery with better capacity - I feel that its draining out faster than OEM or the ones Ive replaced.

I thought I had a screen fissured with hairline cracks. In a second Tony saw it was only my screen protector that was damaged. Fixed it in 5 minutes for $10. I KNOW I could have been scammed at another place. This guy is expert and honest. Clone him! :-)

Our experience at IFixit in Wethersfield was fast, fair, and beyond satisfactory. The owner was very helpful in fixing my sisters Galaxy S5 and was extremely fair with his pricing, for a fast fix or anything else with your phone, definitely come here.
