TERRIBLE customer service; employees far more concerned about themselves than their customers. Made an appointment because I know how much time is wasted when you need to replace a phone. Showed up 5 minutes early, waited 20 minutes. Two people working. 3 parties waiting to be served. A third guy wanders back from break, moseys into the break room and doesnt come out. I peek in the window, 2 guys sitting at the break table. So half of the workforce is idle, while customers are chafing at the bit. This is not an unusual experience. AT&T needs to train much better.

Not at all helpful. The manager was more of a problem than an asset. I wasted over half an hour in the store because of his incompetence. First he could not get the register to work for another customer and had to rely on a clerk from a different store who was in the building at the time. Then he could not complete my order even though the other clerk had been helping me and knew how to do it. He insisted on getting involved, however, and messed things up rather than helping. I wont go back to that store.
