I recently stopped into the store with my family needing to get a new phone. I was hesitant because I have children and I know it can be a lengthy process. To my surprise the staff took what is always an arduous process, and turned it into the best phone buying experience Ive had. Dave the associate and Emily the manger were incredibly helpful and not only worked to get me and my family In and out in a reasonable time frame, but got me into a new phone and tablet I love. I will definitely recommend to friends and family. Fantastic service !

I had been DREADING going in to upgrade my phone because I have had such terrible service at the old Wireless Zone store in Guilford near Big Y. I am so glad I came to try out this new Verizon store, it is SO much nicer than the one in the Big Y plaza. I worked with Ryan who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of my questions and made the process quick and painless. I have never had such great service at a Verizon store, and I will certainly only use this Verizon location now.

Every time I have stopped into the boston post road guilford ct store I have been greeted by ibraheem who has delivered top notch service consistently. He is polite, professional, extremely patient with all of my questions. He delivers the kind of customer service that you wish everyone would emulate in a service industry. I dont usually leave reviews because frankly, who has the time. This time is different. Went into the store with questions about switching back to Verizon. Spoke with Ryan. Very friendly and informative. I didnt feel pressured to get anything which is a nice break from other companies. I havent made a decision yet, but the service I received merited a positive remark. I went to the Verizon store in Guilford to get a new phone and service. The people there were very very helpful and answered all my questions. Thanks you guys and I dont think Ill be seeing that other company ever again! I would strongly recommend people at least go into a store and check out how knowledgeable they are. Its nice to be able to have all your questions answered.
