Brief Summary: - Some staff members are helpful, others are rude and inconsiderate. - These stores are primarily sales and are limited in their ability to troubleshoot issues. - Verizon national is ineffective, inefficient, and departmentally segmented which makes customer service a nightmare. - Verizon Cloud is a great concept, but realistically an awful service. Full Summary: Some staff members were helpful and personable, others, including the manager were not. They sold me a pre-pay payment plan, which they botched by transitioning the wrong phone number (fat finger error). I was kindly called by the representative to come back in to get the issue corrected. He didnt want me to leave until he was certain it was corrected. Between canceling the incorrect number and reissuing the correct number there were many transactions and phone calls with Verizon national. The whole process took more than three hours. During that time the manager was more interested in moving onto another customer than helping the rep resolve the issue. By switching to a pre-pay payment plan, I lost cloud access, but I was told that I would have a one-time opportunity to restore cloud data. This has become a large issue and is still unresolved after two more store visits and 8+ hours on the phone. Bottom-line we place too much reliance on these devices.

As if I didnt loath this place enough already google reviews forces me to give them one star. If it were up to me they would get NO STAR. That being said I hate this establishment more than any other place in Enfield and that includes the DMV. I would rather have my ass plowed by the taco bell next door than have to listen to one of there employees attempt to sell me the latest useless piece of technology.

Never had a problem with Verizon, until I met Justin in the Enfield, CT location. Sarcastic know it all attitude, doesnt have the customer in mind, rather his poor ego. Been a Verizon customer since 1999 (Bell Atlantic Days). Everyone else in this store has been extremely helpful, so I despise giving a 2 star review, however when a team member brings the team down, its the coaches job to fix it.

The worst. Go to Avon or West Springfield. This store is rude, disrespectful and the manager has no customer service skills. Ive been a customer with the same account for 20 years and my last visit here made me realize I need to switch carriers because they dont value loyalty or have a clue about treating customers with dignity. Good bye Verizon!
