First time visiting the store on Thursday (03/30/17) very rude female staff, waited forever just to pay my bill and I was the only customer in the store . The customer service was awful , all the other employees just stood around and watched the employee(new male employee) who was helping me struggle with the computer system, then finally this rude young girl came over and tried to assist him, but she was very rude rolling her eyes. I will not recommend this store to anyone that I know

People who work here need some training I walked in today no one in line Im waiting to be called up to pay my bill and 2 girls are on there phones ,there talking wont even say hello Im the (customer) than I walked up and go can I pay my bill , this is the worst T-Mobile I ever been to Ill be going to the Berlin ternpike dont care if its a longer drive

My experience was great !!!! Customer service was awesome. Cynthia the sales representative was amazing and patient with me. She answered all my questions and was very proffesional.. you would think she was the manager. I will definitely be coming back to her !!!!
